Muth & Company Roofing

Jeremy did a great job performing the estimate and then explaining to us what needed to be done. He was very professional and Muth's price was certainly competitive, but we just 'clicked' better with a different roofing vendor. I'd encourage others to get a quote from Muth, they were very good about the estimate and seem like a good company with which to work.

They came out to our newly purchased home to give an estimate and they were honest in telling us that we did not need any roof work done, but would go ahead and clean the gutters while up on the roof. I'm always pleasantly surprised by honesty such as this and for that alone, I don't think we would turn to anyone else for our roofing needs in the future.

They were very professional. Matt, their sales representative took his time in explaining things to me. I think I got a good value for my money. They might be a little more expensive than other companies but the product that they use and the warranty that they offer is pretty good. They use GAF shingles and the company even comes out and inspects the work afterwards to certify it, which, means to me that they will pay any claims that might happen. I am sure there is somebody who could beat their price but.

I called Muth to get a quote for the front half of my roof. I had an addition put on the rear of my home two years ago, and that roofer (Ron Rooten) did the addition and the rear half of my house, and was supposed to come back last summer and do the front. He never showed despite repeated calls, so I am looking for a new roofer to finish the job. I called Muth about two weeks ago, and the earliest appointment I could get was last Friday. (5/29) At the time of the call, I explained what I was looking for, and the person there explained that someone would come out and look at my house, they would work up a quote, and it would be presented to me when I met with Kelly. On the day of the appointment, Kelly was very prompt and professional, but the quote he had prepared was for the whole roof, not just the portion I needed done. He said he would go back to his office and prepare a new quote, and email it to me on Monday , 6/1, or Tuesday 6/2 at the latest. I had not heard anything back, so I called the office around noon on Wednesday, 6/3. The person at the office told me Kelly was out at lunch, but she would have him call me and get the quote to me by the end of the day. I never received a follow up call or a revised quote. Maybe my job is smaller than they want to do, or there is something else about the work that makes it unatttractive to them. If that is the case, then the least they could do is just tell me they don't want the job, and not waste my time waiting for a quote so that I can move on to other roofers. I have had other contractors decline jobs for various reasons, and I have no problem with that. But to not respond at all seems highly unprofessional to me.

I can't remember the exact date or price, but it was much less than expected and he didn't feel the roof needed replaced which was what I was afraid of.

Very prompt, courteous and efficient. This was an emergency situation and they sent someone as soon as possible. They assessed the problem and took care of it.

First completed work on 2/2015, then there was additional leakage. So they came back in April and fixed about 10 shingles that did not seal due to the severe weather we had at the time of the original work. The team Carl & Brian were very helpful and did an excellent job. I recommended them to do a roof replacement for our Church's parsonage and they were selected from estimates received by 3 companies (not yet completed). They were not the least expensive for my repair - but they have a very good reputation...so I selected them and was pleased with the work.

1) Prompt and courteous when providing the estimate for my roof. 2) Kept me updated during weather delays (snow and cold) 3) Called in advance to remind me and confirm schedule. 4) Arrived on time, promptly went to work and completed that day even though there was some extra work identified. 5) Price was extremely competitive 6) Office staff, estimator, installation crew, and post job supervisor were top notch. 7) All mess/scraps cleaned up, didn't know they were on site after job was complete 8) provided before and after pictures, documentation and were just "friendly people" 9) Job completed beyond my satisfaction!

It was good. I really liked working with them. I found them to be a trustworthy company.

They couldn't make up their minds on what they wanted to do with that. The they called me and we went over the whole thing and he apologized and said he'd look into it . He said he'd get back to me with the price and what they could do for me and never did.

Impressed with complete detail of estimate including pictures I will call Muth in the future for roofing needs and/or repair. We chose not to use them due to cost - the property was on the market and we only needed the gutters to be cleaned.

They were really good. I had no problem getting return calls. I would defiantly recommend. They were very prompt they came when they said they would.

Everything went well, and I was happy with the experience. They responded quickly to my call, they were courteous and friendly during our interactions, and the estimate was thorough as well as detailed.

Our house has had issues since we have lived here where during heavy rains the water will overflow in both the back and front of the house. This would occur even after we've cleaned the gutters. We called Muth & Co to come out and take a look at the issue. Matt came out the next day and showed us the issue was the design of the gutter system installed by the original builder. All of the water fed to one side of the house (both front and back) and the existing gutters just weren't large enough to handle them. We purchased new 6" gutters and scheduled the installation. On the day of installation, everything was quick and without issue. The color choice (of which they had many to choose from) was just perfect. In addition, they installed the hangars every two feet, as opposed to four feet as was done by the original builder. I highly recommend Muth & Co for anyone looking to repair or install new gutters. They were great to work with.

It turned out great. It was a very good value for what they did. I think they were very thorough and professional. They did a good job. Their service did not cost more than the big deal. There were no issues.

I purchased a Big Deal with them for a roof maintenance package, which they did a fine job on They sent me an estimate on some other repairs they said I could use, but their estimate was not detailed enough for me to feel comfortable going forward with it.

They gave us a bid when they showed up. Then they did a good job and did everything we talked about and asked. They took care of everything and they cleaned up. Their professionalism was good. Their price was appropriate for what we have them done.

Overall a very easy and pleasant experience - if you can call having your roof repaired a pleasant experience... Anthony came out and was very professional and punctual. He took pictures of the area to be repaired and gave me a detailed estimate. The area to be repaired was approximately 4 X 6 feet, so not a huge area of my roof. He was able to assess what was needed quickly and the estimate included photos of the area to be repaired. There was no hype or pressure by Anthony. Had there been I would have gotten a second estimate. He left me feeling good with his approach so I agreed to move forward at the time of the estimate. Due to a recent storm they were backlogged a couple of weeks, and on the day they were scheduled to come we got rain at the same time as the appointment so they had to call me to postpone the work. This was all happening right at Christmas time so that caused a small unavoidable delay into the following week. They were able to get out the following Tuesday and complete the work in a couple of hours. I was not able to be home at the time to watch them but my wife said they were quick and efficient and did not need to bother her as she worked from home. While they were there I was told they would look over my roof and replace any incidental missing shingles and generally make sure it was in good shape. Looking over what they did it looks very good and I am pleased with their work. Everyone I spoke to at Muth was professional and pleasant to work with, a pleasant change from so many businesses you call where they lack even basic social/business interpersonal skills. I would definitely use them again - but hope I don't need to! I give them my endorsement and you should give them your consideration should you need roof work.

They're a little pricy but they have really high quality and warranty.

JUDGING BY THE CREW THAT WORKED ON MY HOUSE, I WILL BE HAVING THEM INSTALL THE GUARDS THIS MARCH.

Went fine. My roof & attic were in good shape so not much needed done. They didn't quote me anything else, so at least I know they weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need.

I was satisfied with their service. I have found them on Angie’s List because they had done my roofing before. They did a good job of cleaning up and then, they also just repaired some odds-and-ends that they noticed on the roof as well. It was nothing big. It was more of cleaning the gutters as well as doing an inspection. That was an added thing that they did.

It went just fine. I had questions and they answered them. They came when they said they would. I would suggest them to a friend.

It went very well. They were very efficient. On Friday they worked all day, from morning till dark. They worked a half a day on Saturday and finished up on Monday. They cleaned up very well, making sure there were no nails or debris left behind. They were very hard workers and did a great job.
