We purchased a Groupon for $59 to clean up to 16 windows, both interior and exterior. Needed to schedule an appointment for the cleaning and had to wait more than four weeks for the appointment. Contacted Kand T Window Cleaning before purchasing the Groupon to ensure they could clean windows with a UV film and to make sure divided light windows were included. NO WHERE in the Groupon service description or and quot;fine printand quot; details did it mention that divided lights windows were NOT included in the Groupon price. The owner, Khris Perkins, showed up for the appointment, took one look at the windows and said the Groupon did not cover divided light windows and there is a surcharge. I had the fine print and said he was not honoring the contract we purchased and we were told to call Groupon and ask for a refund. As far as we are concerned this was a scam of bait and switch.

Overall, great experience with K and T from start to finish. Work took a little longer than originally anticipated since I ended up adding storm windows last minute and they were very detailed and wanted to be sure the job was done right. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, detailed job. Have used other window cleaning companies in the past and while these other companies did decent work, I felt like the end cost was far higher than estimated.

I found this company through a Living Social deal and used them because it was a great deal. I scheduled them to come out this Spring last fall. Two guys came out and worked for quite a while on my windows. I had to leave before they finished and noticed that a few screens were missed when they were cleaning. I called Khris and he was very apologetic and eager to make it right. He came back out a few days later and cleaned the screens and touched up some windows. Everything looks great and it really felt good to have someone take such pride in his work. He even offer to give me a discount on my next window cleaning. which I didn't really think was necessary. Great job!

I had been wanting to have the windows of my house professionally cleaned and found a "Livingsocial" deal for this service. The company providing this service was and is K and T Window Cleaning. The owner Khris and his partner showed up at my house this morning promptly at set appointment. I showed Khris around the house to examine the windows that were to be cleaned. Khris was very professional, friendly, and informative of their procedure to clean windows. I was very pleased with how clean my windows were inside and outside. I think Khris had asked the sunshine today to show off how sparkling clean the windows were! Very happy with this service and definitely will use them again to clean my windows.
