K&T Window Cleaning

Two workers showed up, on time. They were friendly and courteous. They didn’t bring a ladder tall enough to clean the ceiling fan we had asked to be cleaned in our quote (2nd floor great room). That was removed from the bill. Glass looked good except for two bedroom skylights that didn’t get cleaned very well. Window sills and tracks were all still rather dingy and dirty. I called and spoke to someone about getting them back out to clean the sills and tracks...was told that the side and middle tracks of the windows was not normally included in the cleaning....why pay for window cleaning to only clean the bottom of it? They assured me they would send someone back out to fix it. The owner and a second worked came out, they cleaned the window sills to my satisfaction and got the skylights cleaned as best as possible. Owner got up on a ladder to do the best he could on the skylights, I appreciate the effort. The owner went back and checked the work of the other man on one of the garage windows and discovered that the screen was not set back in properly, he reset it. An hour after they left I heard a noise, investigated to find that the screen in one of my first floor windows had fallen to the ground. Given this and the memory of the garage screen being improperly reinstalled I checked all the rest of the screens and found an additional 6 screens that had either one or both bottom corners outside the track and not installed correctly. I ended up reinstalling the 7 screens that weren’t in right. The owner seems like a nice guy, the windows he did look good....the rest of his employees seem to be undertrained or undermotivated,

This company was great. Easy to schedule appointments. I also appreciated the email and text reminders for the service. The owner Khris was polite and professional during the service. The house looks great. We were also able to get good referrals from Khris about additional exterior work.

Our technician showed up on time and cleaned all of the windows and screens as promised. Some of the windows had never been professionally cleaned before since we built this house. (Ew, right??) What a difference it made! The whole house feels brighter. Great job!!

I was in the midst of hanging lights and ran into a snafu with my plan. After reading some Angie's List reviews of many providers, I contacted several places as well as tried to find friends, neighbors, contractors, and painters for a longer ladder. K&T contacted me very quickly and seemed to drive to a solution, rather than some of the others just claiming they were too busy or just simply answering the question I asked. As luck would have it, they were working on another job in my area and we're finishing early. They were at my house by early afternoon of the same day. The work was completed for a nominal fee and looks great. I would definitely recommend them again for holiday decorating and would evaluate them for other work in their portfolio of service offerings. They were very professional, courteous, accommodating, and nice to work with. Thanks for the help!

Work went very well. We have two outlets in our eve and had 6 strands of lights. It look a little reverse engineering to get everything strung correctly to get to the outlets. We provided the lights, clips and extension cords as well as some dusk to dawn light sensors my husband wanted installed in the outlets. Khris was thorough and very accommodating.

Perfect. This team is family owned and absolutely wonderful. Polite, prompt, neat, thorough, and fairly priced. The results are just spectacular and the product they use which does not require squeegee is remarkable.

We prepped our house for sale and K&T washed the windows for us. It sounds silly, but this would take us hours that we didn't have. They were efficient and did a great job. It's incredible how much crud builds up that you don't notice. We'll being calling them out to do the windows at our new place before winter.

It went very well. There was a crew of 3, they were very professional and organized. In the inside they did not get any water or cleaner on the floors or carpet. They were outstanding and we will use them again and again. The windows look great. They were in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes in a two story 4 bedroom home. I would highly recommend using them.

Windows look great! Khris worked on the outside and Tracy did the inside. They were courteous and professional and were done in about 2 hours.

I am blown away at the impact K&T made on our home! Our house is over 100 years old and we have a mix of new and storm windows. Khris did an amazing job on all of them. He cleaned about 15 windows and 3 doors. I couldn't believe how much brighter the interior of the house looked when he was done! I was so happy with his service that I asked for a bunch of his business cards so we could hand them out during a neighborhood historical tour our home was in that weekend. We had over 300 people in our house that weekend and a lot of them took his card because they were so impressed with the job he did. I tried to clean our windows myself last year; I couldn't get to the screens, and I couldn't clean the outside of the storm windows, yet it still took me several hours AND I wasn't happy with the end result. K&T's price was so reasonable, especially considering all the hassle he saved us. We would highly recommend!

I was requesting an estimate over the past several weeks at my new house, terrible responses with email - originally sent me a wrong estimate that was intended for another customer about installing holiday lights. I emailed right back about the wrong message he sent to me and he never replied. And when he finally did a week later, he said he would be out Friday, Nov 21st and never showed up... I was a former loyal customer, as he use to do a decent job at my old house. I will be using others that have been a lot more prompt and value my business.

I would absolutely recommend K and T Window Cleaning. Khris did an fantastic job cleaning my windows inside and out. The window sills are spotless and he even dusted the top of the lower window. I love to sit in my kitchen nook and look out at the yard now. I will definitely have him come back when my window need to be cleaned again!

Khris was on time and did a fantastic job. Love it when my windows sparkle. I would highly recommend his services. I also used him for Christmas lights last fall as we did not want to get on the ladder as the home has a high peak. He did a great job with all of that too!

This is his forst year doing Christmas Lights, so I was looking to get a job done fast. Khris came out that evening and drew up a plan and then came out the following afternoon to do the intall. We have sefveral high peaks and wanted lights all over the house, it turned out just great. Super job and lightning quick on the response.

Awesome, Had Kand T do my Columbus Office building, so I had them do my other larger building. This was a big job with tons of windows on a 44,000 sq ft building. Windows look fantastic. While there, I noticed the sidewalks looking grey and old looking. Khris suggested we bleach them and use a high pressure spray wash. They look like NEW! Awesome work, excellent pricing and fast service. Won't need them again until spring, but they know I will be calling.

I had used Khris a few days ago on my personal property. I was so impressed that I called him to do one of my commercial rental properties. The windows and gutters look fantastic. I had him clean the inside and outside of the gutters as they had lots of black steaks on the outside, they look like new! Will use him again, very responsive and polite

Khris personally cleaned our windows and sills. He is friendly, professional and (somewhat surprisingly, considering the nature of his work) unobtrusive. Special mention should be made that he adjusted his cleaning pattern to accommodate the sleeping habit of our infants. I've used his service for a few years now and have not been disappointed; this visit was no different. Highly recommended.
