Judge is the most knowledgeable person I've found when it comes to old septic systems. He came out to pump our septic tank, and was to come back out to fix the drainage. However, the office staff was out, and my request was waylaid for a few weeks. When I finally contacted them, they apologized and put me right on the schedule. They arrived on time, and were very professional. We were not sure what we would find, but Judge knew what he was looking for and soon found and fixed the problem. He allowed me to take pictures of the work for future reference, and was very fair in his pricing.

Purchasing a home with a septic system was a little intimidating since I knew nothing about septic systems and in particular the condition of this particular system. Judge inspected the system, uncoverred some issues and even though the seller was to pay

My experience was excellent! They were on time, professional, and did a good job! They didn't tear up the lawn, and there were no problems.

Everything went well, they did call the morning they were to come and say they were running late and it would be a couple hours later than scheduled. Once they arrived they had everything done in good time.

They came out to clean out septic. Because they had to dig to find the lid they suggested I have a proper top put on it and they wanted to check the baffle at the other end of the tank. They were only scheduled to do the septic clean out so they had to come back 2 days later to do the top. The work was done with no hassles, I would definitely suggests them to anyone.

Judge came out on day one. I had no idea where the tank was and Judge was unable to locate the tank by probing with a metal rod. He came back on the following Monday and located it using a radio transmitter that was flushed down the toilet. It turned out the tank was a couple of feet deep. Judge dug until he located the cover. A couple days later, Judge pumped it out (said it was the worst he had seen in years) and seeing that the pipe was cast iron, recommended that I replace it. In replacing the pipe, his men found that a sink and bathtub drain were going to a nearby creek. They tied these lines into the new line, put in two cleanouts and put a riser on the tank so that there is no need to dig in the future.

Judge showed up on Monday and performed the work as he did the last time we hired him. He cares about what he does and wants to make sure the customer is happy. He also is eager to inform customers of how to properly care for their septic system. Judge is an honest, hard working individual. I highly recommend him. He is currently very busy and overbooked, as his other workers were unable to assist him on other jobs to to various reasons. Due to this, Judge was late (was supposed to show on Friday but instead showed up on Monday). I gave a C for this, but really...overall he is an A. If you need any excavation, drainage or septic work, I would not hesitate to call Judge.

Judge was very accommodating and always on time, if not early. Originally we had expected the cistern to only be about 6 feet deep, but it turned out it was full of old shingles. Judge was able to quickly get the right equipment and labor out that same day to finish the job. He only charged an additional $300 from the original estimate for the extra equipment/labor. He also had to work around a buried wire and close to my foundation. I wasn't pleased with the fact that an aluminum can was used to cap the pipe into the house (even though it is capped on the inside of the house), that the dirt was of low grade (lots of rocks and boulders), and that the exhaust pipe remained with no cap, but was pleased that he disposed of the shingles and most of the materials and was able to get the work done quickly and with no issues given the circumstances. Overall Judge was great, and I would certainly do work with him again. He even removed some logs from my driveway for me free of charge.

I ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP IN MOVING SOME LIMESTONE AND TAKING OUT TREES - WHICH THEY DID. I AM EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY OF WORK COMPLETED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR ANY DRAINAGE, EXCAVATING, OR SEPTIC WORK TO BE DONE. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS AN A. JUDGE ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS. HE CARES ABOUT HIS WORK AND IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT DOING THE JOB RIGHT.
