They were very respectful of the grass around the driveway so as not to damage it and the coating has improved the texture and appearance of the driveway and has been holding up well since. They offered reasonable pricing and scheduling them to do the work went smoothly. I would recommend their services to others and would use them again in the future.

They did a very good job. I found their prices to be reasonable. We were able to park in our driveway within a couple days. Neighbors complimented us on how nice the driveway looked. The treatment has improved the texture and look of our driveway and I found them to be very professional and nice.

He although took a bit of time to get back with me. I believe he is very active in the company and out a lot. Well worth the wait though. The person who came out was great at explaining what to expect from the sealing as we were worried about hundreds of small cracks in our asphalt. He indicated that they would be sealed and protected but would not go away without resurfacing and he was careful to set expectations correctly. The service was quite good and I would use them again.

I was not at home when the work was performed. Afterward, I found my front and rear patio areas had been blown full of grit and dirt that adhered due to the force of the impact. I phoned the next day, and the office personnel were concerned and apologetic. It created a lot of work for me to clean up.

They have sealed our driveway a few times in the past, and I had always been satisfied. This time, however, I was dissatisfied with the result. Jet-Seal did return to address the issues, but the driveway still isn't up to par. I'm not sure if the driveway or the company's work is the issue at this point.
