Jet-Seal

All communication was done by email. I never got to talk to a person. (my mistake) The estimate that was presented was for sealing the driveway, at a 54% increase from 4 years ago, not including crack repair, which was done at an additional charge. Included in the quote document was the pricing per foot to repair cracks if desired. Since I never talked to anyone I never got the chance to discuss crack repair, which was my main concern. I was never contacted about the cracks. The driveway was sealed on the date and time promised, and the sealing work was done well. But the cracks were never quoted or repaired. When I emailed the company asking why I was never given the chance to have the cracks repaired I was told that they do not repair cracks anymore. Crack repair is listed in the quote, as though they do provide that service. And they never informed me that the actually did not provide that service any more. So I have been out there on my knees filling cracks, with a driveway that looks like **** because I am adding crack filler after the driveway has been sealed instead of before. So NO I would not hire them again. And No I am not satisfied.

Went great. They showed up on time and were finished in a couple of hours and the driveway looks great.

The guys did a fantastic job of completely replacing our old extremely cracked driveway with a brand, new asphalt driveway that looks fantastic. Very responsive, professional, and punctual.

After dealing with other seal coaters, I can't say enough good about Jet Seal and Ted. They're very prompt and professional and Ted takes pains to answer any questions you might have before starting. They actually answer the phone and actually return calls if they happen to be out when you call. Ted sends the quote by email and promptly responds to emails if you email him back. They have a very efficient quote process which saves Ted a ton of time so you get your quote quite promptly. The guys that came out worked very efficiently but carefully. They didn't get any coating on concrete areas that butt up to the drive or on the grass. I had one very small issue with the crack sealing process but Ted handled it immediately and very professionally. The overall price was a bit higher than the last guy that did our drive but was well worth it. Hire them! You won't regret it.

Great! Everyone was very professional, from the schedulers and the owner to the workers. Great company! We have a very long driveway that has a shared entrance with our neighbor. They wanted their driveway sealed as well, so they coordinated both driveways to be done together.

Jet-Seal responded very quickly and scheduled the work quickly as well. The sealant was thoroughly applied with very little mess. I was extremely happy with the job. Later in the year when a few spots on the driveway needed to be touched up they immediately came out and fixed the issues. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this company.

First time using Jet Seal and would definitely use again. The whole process went great. They were able to give me a quote after I emailed them a picture of the driveway. Ted was prompt in responding to emails and in completing the estimates. The job needed rescheduled several times due to weather. The office was always prompt in calling to let me know what was going on and in rescheduling. The crew did great sealing the driveway, arriving on time and leaving the area clean. Thank.

A small company with customer service! We've been trying to get the job scheduled since mid-May and things kept getting in the way. We had to cancel because of other workmen who needed driveway access. Weather rained us out. They scheduled us for Tuesday but again we had workmen in the garage. Through a mutual mixup they showed up anyway. It was not a problem for JetSeal and they worked us in Wednesday even though they were booked full. Kudos!!

I was so impressed by this company. I liked their website, the amount of information that they offered on their services was amazing. I requested an estimate, which came in less than I was expecting. Finally, when the work was done, I was very happy with the results. I had hired other companies who had gotten black sealant on the side of my house. Not Jet-Seal...everything looked neat and well-done.

It went fine. I didn't really talk to them. I told them I needed my driveway resealed. They came out and looked at it and sent me an estimate. I said sure, go ahead and get it done, I'll pay you when it's done. I didn't really interact with them. They were responsive and got the job done when they said they said it was, and I paid them and it seems to be fine. It was pretty basic, pretty standard stuff. Everything was fine, reliable, they gave me a good quote and we moved on it.

Jet-Seal was fine. I tried to enter the information but then they wanted my information and I wasn't willing to do that. I was very satisfied.

I choose Jet-Seal to seal my driveway after the owner sold me on their high quality and service. In my experience, their quality was ok and their service was extremely lousy. Let me explain... Jet-Seal called me the DAY AFTER the service was supposed to be performed, to let me know they were not able to make our scheduled appointment. They offered no apology for their no-show, and the caller was so rude that I emailed the owner. (I tried calling him first but he was "not available"). After they made a bunch of excuses about the weather, office hours, etc., Jet-Seal ultimately agreed to my request to cancel the service. Later in the day, I received a voicemail and email informing me that there had been an error. They had made a mistake in the paperwork, and had actually performed the service. I would need to call back in to provide my payment information, as they had shredded my paperwork. I left on vacation that day and planned to call their office to discuss the situation when I returned. I came back from vacation to find a strongly worded email stating if I did not pay immediately, a mechanics lean would be filed against my property. This threat came less than 14 days from the service being performed, and after I had ALREADY provided payment information, which they shredded when they agreed to cancel the service. I made two more unanswered calls to the owner, before finally being able to reach him. I shared my concern about how the entire situation had been handled, and suggested a discount was appropriate given the circumstances. He made a couple half-hearted apologies, that each ended with the issues not really being their fault, and at one point even attempted to blamed me. I was so dumbfounded that I just paid the full invoice so I could get off the phone and be done with situation. He closed the conversation with a statement of "this not being how things typically go" and that he "hopes I'll give them another chance". All I could think of was the old saying. "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice..."

Requested quote for service and was told company doesn't service the Grove City area even though their website describes service area as "Central Ohio" and specifically lists Grove City.

Arrived on time,sealcoated driveway,they were careful around hostas and plants.Polite,and courteous.Would use again.

Everything was fine. They did a good job. I really did not have any issues from that standpoint. There were still, like, some cracks in my driveway. Their price was very good compared to some of the other prices. I never actually saw them; I was at work when they did it. I had very little interaction with them.

It went fine. The seal could've lasted a little longer. It seems to be deteriorating quicker than normal.

It went very well. They did a good job. We had them come back to do it two or three times now. They were thorough and clean. They came pretty good. There was not much spillage when they came out. It came out really good. It looked really nice. They were scheduled to come one day and their truck broke down. It took a week or so to get rescheduled.
