To all Angie's List members: Please read the review below. This may very possibly be the rainiest June ever in central Ohio. So, considering the nature of our services admittedly our schedule has been a mess. Regardless, we always contact our customer's in advance to confirm a specific date for the work to be completed. Sometimes, this year more often than most, we need to re-schedule due to inclement weather and we always call beforehand to confirm the date with the customer. We almost never give a customer a specific time. We ask that all cars be removed by 8:00 am but no arrival time or even a window of time is given. We have GPS units in each of our vehicles so if a customer calls to inquire about when our crew will arrive we can tell them you are next on the route or you are last on the route. Unlike some of our competitor's we do not place a time restriction on each job. We are totally committed to excellence and each job takes as long as it takes to be the best we can make it. With regards to the applicator's not showing up with a contract specifying the details of the work to be completed well, that is just ridiculous. [Member name removed] purchased the "Big Deal" directly from Angie's List and it specifically outlined the services included. There were no additional charges and if there were it would have been handled before we scheduled by my administration staff and not by my applicator's. The cost to pay two team members to drive to and from [Member name removed]'s home only to be turned away was unfortunate for Jet-Seal as well as other Angie's List members. It is members like [Member name removed] who cause contractor's to shy away from Angie's List members. It has been my experience that most members are wonderful to work with.
