Description of Work: they should reword the "includes" description because they meant one thing and I understood it to mean another, it took 3 visits to complete the job |which over all does look nice

Description of Work: Customer requested estimate. Rep called and left message with customer that from "their view" we have a concrete driveway. We have a blacktop driveway and returned rep's call (Sabrina) to inform her. She repeated address and was told it was correct. She continued arguing that her view showed concrete. She further attempted to prove customer wrong by telling her she she's the "silver car and basketball hoop" in driveway. Customer informed her that was her neighbor and she has no basketball hoop and indeed has a blacktop driveway. She proceeded to ask if our car was red. When customer informed her that no vehicles are currently in driveway and then as she continued searching, she rudely stated that, "well we are behind in pickerington and if your husband wants it done soon, it won't be". My husband and I know the difference between a concrete driveway and blacktop. When we informed Sabrina of that, she continued stating that we were not correct. Then when she began to realize maybe it was her that was incorrect, she never acknowledged her error nor apologized to customer. Instead she rudely informed customer that if husband wanted it done soon, it won't be. Then proceeded to attack customer and accuse customer of being "rude people that she didn't want to do business with".

Description of Work: They sealed my driveway with one coat. I previously always had 2 coats with another company. The driveway looks ok, not great.

Description of Work: Sealed my driveway.....did a great job cleaning and applying and no mess. |I am going to have them come back in about 3 months and seal it one more time before winter comes. It was a brand new drive way 1.5 years ago and previous owners never sealed it. Great Job, Nice people !!!

Description of Work: They were very professional as i had to reschedule from their initial appointment. Driveway had some noticeable cracks but they filled them all very nicely.

Description of Work: My very first contact with the company was an e-mail say that they would let me know when they would be in the area and available to do the job. They called a few days later to say that they would be here on Wednesday morning, June 24. They arrived at dinner time on that Wednesday afternoon. They came with no written agreement to sign delineating their service, provided no estimate of the cost of the work in excess of the 1000 sq.ft. In fact, they didn't even come prepared to measure the area to be sealed. Their "work order" said simply seal driveway and fill up to 20 feet of cracks. No inclusion of the prep work to be done beforehand. I won't hire any contractor without a signed contract, so I dismissed them with my thanks for coming.

Description of Work: It will cost me more than $79 to get my driveway re-sealed. Actual cost will be almost double that amount. I am going to shop around more before I make a final decision.

Description of Work: Service consisted of the company applying a seal coat to my asphalt driveway. I had seen that they had done a neighbor's driveway and got the contact as a result. Once i called and left a message, the owner returned my call within 24 hrs. and the next day, a crew stopped by, gave me an estimated and did the work right away. Note, at the same time, my next door neighbor also had his driveway sealed and because of the two jobs being done st the same time, we received a 10% discount. Good company and I will use them again

Jet Seal conducted estimates, contacted me for date adjustments for weather, and worked around my tenants needs for performing driveway sealing. My personal inspection nearly two months later confirmed the photos they sent after the work; professional in every sense. I highly recommend this company!
