As of tomorrow, we have an 11 month old Newfoundland that is very smart and full of puppy fun. To eat and play is the top things on her list to do all day. We first employed this company for an invisible fence and during the training Nellie fell in love with the trainer, Jennifer. Jennifer was truly an animal lover and knew what she was doing. After her training on the fence, Jennifer even stopped by a few weeks later, just to check on our progress and Nellie’s progress and to see if there were any issues we were having with Nellie and the fence. A few months passed and we were having a few behavior issues with Nellie, nothing real bad, but yet ignoring them would make life a "living h***" for us down the road. We checked everywhere for a personal trainer to work with us and Nellie for obedience training. After searching many companies, their methods and price we called Invisible Fence of Columbus East once again for advice on what to do and who to turn to. We really wanted Jennifer and after working out a price with Invisible Fence of Columbus East, we could afford,we got Jennifer. So far we have had 4 training lessons, 2 more to come and have notice a wonderful change in the behavior of Nellie, the Newfoundland. Jennifer shows loves to Nellie and respect to us and Nellie, never talks down to us and always trains both us and Nellie with guidance, supervision, suggestion. Jennifer has met all of our needs and expectations. There was so much we did not know or understand and Jennifer bought this to light in our sessions and training. We still have 2 more sessions and Nellie no longer acts like a knot head, wild and going her own way. Since her training we do not say her name a 100 times during the day, to correct her and best of all we are becoming a well trained and happy family. We have had animal lovers tell us she is so behaved and under control and even when we leave she is no longer destructive and mischievous. We truly want to thank Invisible Fence of Columbus East for employing animal lovers like Jennifer with such good instinct and training.

They have different packages and we got their animal training fence installed. It wasn’t cheap. It’s working well for my dog. The dog still gets shock all the time because some of them have the impulse all the time on their collar and my dog only gets a shock if she goes out. I didn’t want her getting the shock all the time. I think a lot of them are like that which does not make sense for me. I was happy with their product but I wasn’t happy with their training. One of the trainers didn’t do a lot; I really ended up training my dog. They basically just came in and talked to me. One trainer was good but the others weren’t so I guess it just depends on who comes out. So, training was average but the installation was excellent. Their price is kind of high. It’s worth it for me because it saves my dog from running out the door all the time and now she stopped running out. I don’t think their training was worth the money though.

They have excellent service and we continue to be satisfied with them.

The gentleman came out the day after I called. He discussed with me how the fence would work. I decided to go with them because their price was very reasonable (in comparision with a hard fence). It came with the fence and training sessions with a dog trainer. They came out the following Tuesday and did the installation. He also gave me tips for acclimating my dog. The trainer came about once or twice a week. Once the dog became used to the fence there was one time when the dog got through the fence, they came out right away and made some adjustments and the dog hasn't gone through the fence since. I am very happy with the product. I felt that they made it easy for my pet. They gradually turned up the intensity on the collar so that it wasn't so harsh right off the bat on my dog. They made it like a game for my dog as he was getting acclimated.

They came out right away and fixed the fence. They were prompt, helpful, fixed the fence and I would use them again.

To start off we have used an invisible fence in the past and believe in the product 100%. We were the first to own an invisible fence in Delaware County, Ohio, around 1982. Just recently we adopted another dog and have not had a dog for years. The breed we got is a large breed and needs a lot of room, but needs to be controlled in a large area. We did our research on invisible Fence Company and found Invisible Fence of Columbus East with a good Angie's list Rating. I called the company and got a wonderful and very helpful employee who set me up with an appointment. Tim, our sales person met us at our home and knew his product. He was a delight to work with and did not play games with the product and prices and even before he left he had set up the install appointment, within a few days of the signed contract. The installer came out on time and explained everything before he started working. He then went right to work and did his job he was very professional and represented the company proudly. My wife and I were very impressed. Then that same day the trainer arrived and started the dogs training sessions. The trainer, was at our house to train the dogs and us, and like all of the employees we have met with this company, she was very enthusiastic about her job and her knowledge on training dogs kept the dog interest and wanting to please. Her kindness and love for animals showed and the dog loved her, which has made the training much easier.

Our sales person, Olivia, was knowledgeable and helpful. She modified our package to replace obedience training with the extended warranty, which was more important to us. Nikki, at the office, was extremely helpful in scheduling our service (as we had to contend with rain toward the end of our build schedule, which pushed out our timeline) and our trainings. Our trainer (I'm drawing a blank on his name) was great with our dog (and with us) and was punctual and professional. The person that came out to repair our line (which was damaged when we removed a tree) was also very helpful and polite. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this company to others. Every employee that we interacted with was friendly and professional. The service was prompt and the cost was reasonable.
