The salesman made guarantees that couldn’t happen. He said the kitchen device gives a 6ft range in every direction so that’s 12 ft across, not happening, at times may be a 1 1/2 ft or 3 ft. When walking the property he said they could do the perimeter, when the installers came they said they wouldn’t do a portion due to the brush, which I did remove some brush in another area and would of in this area if told so, but the office called and said they would come back out if I wanted , so that was fair. My daughter received an outside unit, tennis balls, leash free with her purchase of the unit and she lives on a half acre and paid the same or a little less, so that’s odd especially when I paid cash . On the last day after the trainer left I let my dogs out and Audrey broke the barrier again, she went across the driveway into another safe section , so hopefully this doesn’t happen in a different section or I’ll second guess myself of buying the system. I’m not confident enough to leave the dogs unattended at this time so hopefully it gets better

Our dogs love their freedom to run now! Everyone at Invisible Fence was very professional and helpful. It is well worth the investment. Nikki was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.

Very good, the guy who installed it spent time with Penny (my dog) training her, and gave me all the information I needed to continue the training. She is doing great now, playing in the yard and not attempting to run off after everyone who walks, rides or runs by.

I have used this company for almost 2 years and they are superb! Responsive, helpful, informative and always there when I need them. I have the invisible fences around the entire parameter of my home and not once has my dog gotten out. He is not afraid but merely stays where he is supposed to?..and he one rowdy Boxer pup! These dogs are so used to this process that my 13 year old dog tried it out and one ?beep? and she was still trained from years ago. We have a fenced in back yard where my older dog goes, but this wild pup jumps the wood fence and goes in front?but no further than supposed to, TOTALLY WORTH IT and estimators, installers, trainers and the owner are all so very responsive to my needs. THANK YOU!!!

It was around $1700 for the installation and the training.

they were prompt and courteous. I received an estimate in the morning and they were able to install the fence in the afternoon. my only complaint would be that the install tech did not thoroughly bury all of the cable, so I had to walk around the perimeter afterwards to close/cover the holes where the trencher buried the cable.

She trained the dog with the new collar to stay in the yard. Overall the goal is to be sensitive to the needs and change of the dog. Very organized in her preparation.

Went great. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. This was my 3rd or 4th time using them and I would definitely use them again. I tell all my dog owning friends about them.

This report is a follow-up to my original report. After writing my initial report to Angie's List, a representative from Invisible Fence contacted me. We discussed my complaints. I misunderstood about the battery strength indicator so my complaint about that item was not the fault of Invisible Fence. I complained about the training of my dogs and they sent a trainer for several additional sessions at no charge. The fence wire from the garage to the outside was very neatly covered with pvc pipe and caulking was done in black as I requested in the areas where it was needed. I am VERY satisfied with Invisible Fence and will recommend them to others. They were responsive to all my complaints and were eager to not only do what was necessary to remedy the situation, but did above and beyond what I expected. In working with Invisible Fence to remedy my complaints, I discovered that the company is eager to please their customers. They just need to be told if a customer is dissatisfied. I usually give a company a chance to remedy situations prior to submitting a less-than-flattering report. This time I did not as I was overwhelmed with the the number of things that concerned me. I was wrong to submit my first report prior to voicing my concerns with the company. The fence is fantastic for our dogs and Invisible Fence is an outstanding company.

I ended up not going with them because of the cost, but their service was outstanding!

I have been an Invisible Fence owner for many years. I have just recently adopted a Jack/rat terrier......a " runner".....She jumps our privacy fence to escape. Loves going after squirrels. So it was necessary to get my IF up and running properly. Pet owners like myself use the containment for our pets' safety and peace of mind. The privacy fence is not sufficient. So here we go with what I feel is a quality solution to a real safety problem. The technician was great. So helpful in explaining my options. I really felt that he did everything I expected him to do at a price I could live with. Again safety and peace of mind does come with a price. IF East are always ready to help. We had our first lesson today......of all days! Pouring down snow.....I expected to get a call to reschedule. No way.....my trainer was here at my door ready to go at the time we had scheduled. She was wonderful!! Patient and professional with my fir kid. I really felt she understood my concern....and my frustration of having a dog that always wants to be "born free." She took the time. She did it right and I feel Murphy will be safe and secure once she graduates from "containment college." Two more lessons.... I'll do a follow up once all is done. I highly recommend this company....they are worth the cost. I truly believe you get what you pay for. My pets are a part of my family. Their safety is worth it!! Period.

Everything was excellent. Excellent service. We had 9 weeks of time and he was very, very good. I was very pleased with their product and their service.

From start to finish we were extremely happy with our experience with Invisible Fence. We were a little nervous as in our previous home we had a fenced in backyard and our boxer likes to chase anything and everything. When we moved our new home did not have a fence so we thought that an invisible fence would be our best option. When they came out to give us our estimate they were very honest with us and provided us with all the information we needed. They didn't try to sell us on services we didn't need (our dog didn't have any behavior issues) and actually worked to customize a package that met our needs and saved us a little money. The installation process was extremely quick. Our training sessions with Jennifer were amazing. I was so surprised by the progress our dog made after just 2 sessions. He is now enjoying having free range over the front and backyard and we love that he is able to join us no matter what we are doing outside and isn't limited to just the backyard. It has worked out extremely well for us and Invisible Fence continues to have great follow up with us to make sure we are happy with the service.

Very friendly and delivered exactly what I was looking for in a service provider. They were upfront with cost and additional options which allowed me to make an informed decision.

I had to buy another collar because after boarding my dog, I misplaced it. I like that they took time and trained me and the dog gradually over the period of a month or so on how to use the collar and the fence. Their service is great!

Installed correctly, needed a few tweaks after which were done quickly. Trainer knew her stuff.

We moved within the area and I wanted to get the invisible fence we had at our old house installed at the new one. Our realtor gave us a referral card for Invisible Fence of Columbus East, so we were able to save $100. They scheduled us right away and the system was installed at the new house within a few days. We even had the same person who did the original installation at our old house do this one.

I really liked the staff. I think they are a little more pricey compared to other people but they actually do training sessions with the dogs. They come out once a week for an hour or an hour and a half and they work with you and the dog, and then they give you homework and come back the next week. I think it was four weeks of training and then the dogs can be let out. They were supposed to bring us a collar of a certain color but they never did.

They were great. The company responded quickly with our options, performed an excellent installation, and even provided training on how the fence operates. We have had no issues with the dogs running away since that time.
