They were very accommodating and very respectful. They were on time and were reasonable.

Part of the post was rotten and causing a section to lean. On the back of my deck there are 3 sections of lattice and 1 section was rotting and he repaired that as well. He also lifted some items in my basement that were too heavy for me to move. I followed him to Lowe's to pick out the materials and he also helped me pick out a trelace. He took care of everything that I needed and got rid of all of the old wood as well. He was a very nice gentleman and did a nice job.

I am very happy with him. He always does a great job. I will call him again for any future needs.

His name is John Brauner and he is my principal handyman. I use him every few months. He is my go to guy when I get a list of things that I need done.

John was very professional and did excellent work. When contacted for an estimate, he responded promptly and arrived on time for the appointment. As he worked, he clean up after himself and never left any telltale sign he was there. I will definitely be calling him when it's time to remodel our bathrooms!

We purchased the windows ourselves from the company that John suggested and he installed them. They are good quality windows and he did an excellent job installing them. My kitchen window is quite large and I have glass shelves in it that I grow houseplants on. I did not want to lose any of my inside space to the new window. He installed it so that I didn't lose any shelve space at all. The windows have made a big difference in the amount of heat loss in the winter and I've also noticed that it stays cooler inside during the hot summer months. Thanks John...keep up the good work!

John contacted me promptly and came and measured the front and back doors. He sent me an e-mail on March 7, 2010 with the contract. The work would be done in the summertime as the doors would be open. I agreed to the contract and John assisted me in buying the doors. Some problems occurred with the doors ( opening the wrong way and a damage) but were later resolved by John. John completed the inside work (patching the ceiling by the closet light fixture, remaking the drawer for the kitchen cabinet and adjusting the closet door in the basement) prior to putting in the front and back doors as it was raining. The front and back doors were completed on May 27th and 28th. John did a splendid job. He had to make several trips to get lumber so the storm doors would hang correctly. He cleaned up the work area.

John fixed the door and did an excellent job.

John will come by to see the work to be done - then an estimate is emailed several days later. We have not had any issues in scheduling as I have a flexible schedule.

They were wonderful! The price was reasonable and there were no problems. My son was overseeing the project while he was home and I was out of town.

Very pleased with the service; appointments were on time, work completed as scheduled. The cost was the lowest of three. Would strongly recommend.

I called to find out if they could restain my deck. I was surprised to hear the owner be arrogant and condescending. I asked if the deck could be stained either before I left town or after I got back. He was derrogatory, so much so that I questioned whether I should find someone else to do the job However, I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I had used him before. His son came out to perform the work, which was acceptable. The owner sent me the invoice to my work e-mail, knowing that I was out of town so I didn't receive it until a few days later. When he didn't get his check within five days of e-mailing me the invoice, he called me at work demanding to know where his payment was. I was mortified - what company doesn't give its customers at least one week to send in a check?!! (By the way, the invoice stated to pay "at my convenience", not within two days as he later told me I should have done on the phone.) The job performance by his son was reasonable; however, if you want to be treated as a human being with some decency, this is not the company for you. I am willing to pay a few hundred dollars more to get better customer service.

Once the new glass was installed they sanded and scraped the accumulated crud and then applied several coats of varnish. Noteworthy was their willingess to do small jobs well. Detail oriented. Personable.

It is a very good service overall. He was prompt and professional.

He was willing to come after regular hours to do the estimate which was nice. The scheduling went smoothly. He was competent. I was happy with all of it, especially where he was patch painting where pictures had been. You couldn't tell the whole wall had not been repainted.

He was excellent and his price wasn't exorbitant. The expense was about middle range and very reasonable for what was done and the quality that it was done. I am going to use him in this coming summer to put in a new counter in my kitchen.

John did great work. He was well supplied with small parts that were needed for the toilet fix as well as always having the correct tool for the job. I discussed some other problem areas in my house and he gave great suggestions and advise. For example, I have a shower that is leaking somewhere and getting the drywall wet. He said he has a small camera he can use to check out where the problem might be before having to tear into the drywall, etc. I will be calling him up for that fix as well as a few other things I've been putting on my 'honey do' list.

I liked everything about the experience. The owner of the company does the work. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He was a very nice gentleman. I checked other competitors and they were priced much higher than he was. I am extremely happy with the work he did. I would hire him again. I used him about 4 years ago for a $400 repair and the same comments would apply to that work. I would recommend him to others.

He was very responsive and came out on short notice. He had other projects going on and he was still able to get by. He put some wire mesh and fixed the problem. I was satisfied with his service.

I didn?t proceed with the work. I decided to hold off. Honey To Do was good. They returned my call and gave me an estimate. The person who gave me the estimate was fabulous. He came in and even though he was busy, he made time for me. He took the time to explain the problems and gave me solutions. He asked me to try something temporarily and it did work for me. He also suggested various temporary and cheaper solutions, which really worked. He was really honest. He was great. In case I decide to go ahead with the work, I?ll definitely use Honey To Do.

We have been using them for almost a year now. We work with a person by name John. He is very timely, very personable, cleans up after himself and he is very neat. He says what he is going to do and his prices are fair. He is very professional.
