Office staff was professional, courteous, and accommodating to meet my schedule. The professional who performed the work at my house did a good job at estimating the effort; working diligently through that window, and completing on time. My only complaint was that the service person who arrived at my house knew what kind of work we were going to do, but had little to no common supplies on his truck for this kind of work. I had to go to store and purchase a few parts in order for the work to be completed. If these parts would have been in his truck, I would have paid for them + some markup and we wouldn't have had to reschedule for another day. The final work looks good and I am very happy with the results.

Scott was the lead handyman assigned to the project, Isaac came in to assist with some of the work and the other Handyman installed the quartz tile on the fire place. Paul Hammer the owner visited periodically to check on progress and validate that things were being handled appropriately and met our needs / specifications which was appreciated showed that he held his team members to a high standard and cared about what they are doing. Also some additional work was added while they were there e.g. the crown molding and the new mantel however, I didnt feel that they tried to over charge us for that additional work. They cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. Overall they did a good job and performed work that I could not have done on my own.

I was very happy with them. They were on time. They were polite. I was happy with the price. I would definitely use them again. They were truly very good.

Needed a provider to install grab bars in shower and needed a quick turnaround. Called on a Tuesday and was able to have them installed on Thursday. Gina Marie was very professional on the phone and was able to answer all my questions and schedule the appointment to accommodate my availability. On Thursday Gina Marie called and asked if we had flexibility to change the appointment due to another job running over. Unfortunately I was not able to and she worked with the owner Paul and he personally came out at the scheduled time in order to ensure the job was completed. Paul was very professional and displayed a strong sense of detail. He explained we needed to get the bars and did not charge us any additional charges as he had to wait for us to get this. He was extremely helpful in providing suggestions as well to the best place to install in the shower. When the job was complete he cleaned up and ensured we were completed satisfied. I would definitely use their services again for other projects and highly recommend to others.

Scott was right on time. He was willing to listen to what research I had done on that particular model fan. I had printed info from internet which he took a look at and was able to reset some of the settings and get it running. He also did a little cleanup on the interior of the fan itself while he had it taken apart. He saved me the expense of a new fan and the cost of installation. He was also able to remove light bulb base that was stuck in my microwave stovetop light, so that a new bulb could be screwed into the socket. When the light went out on microwave it actually "blew out" of the light base. I wasn't sure how to remedy the situation. Scott knew exactly how to remove the light base and had no problem getting it done.

Don was prompt and professional. We were impressed with his service and the processes that this company had to ensure customers did not wait around for a scheduled appointment. Having contractors show up on time and complete the work as scheduled has been a huge issue and this company was great at ensuring the customer had their needs met.

Excellent work. We had trouble getting started because original person scheduled bailed at last minute. However did get rescheduled and all went well after modest delay. The provider showed up on time every day. Had to be a saint because this was at my elderly mother's house and she can be chatty. Did one small non work favor for her which was very classy. The price was fair and work very good as i said.

.Outstanding. The company was willing to install a new toilet for me as a trade for a repair I had payed for weeks before. This is an outstanding company I highly recommend. They have firm good business ethics.

Don did a great job with a project that was a little beyond our own DIY capabilities. He explained what he was going to do and kept us informed throughout. I especially appreciated that even though he was worked in the main room of the house - there with no mess and nothing disrupted. Don had to go from inside the house to outside on the roof a number of times, and he took it upon himself to fix our door (that sticks terribly). When I see our skylight, I am so happy with how it turned out, but when I open that door with ease - I really smile.

The repairs went very well. The repairman was very thorough and asked plenty of questions to determine possible reasons for damage. During the repairs, he informed me why he was doing each step. Since we are going to paint a new color in the rooms where the repairs were completed, the repairman provided some pre-painting tips to ready the newly repaired areas for painting. I felt like he went above and beyond what he was called in to do. He was very polite and professional. He called the day before to make sure the appointment time was still good for me. Called to let me know he was stuck in traffic and would be a bit late.

I originally attempted to make an appointment with a different branch of HandyMan Matters. I called them, and the woman was very helpful, but they wouldn't be able to get someone out for a couple weeks. She referred me to their Westerville branch and provided the contact number. I called them shortly after and the woman from Westerville branch answered the phone, "Hi Robert". I was very impressed the original woman not only provided me with an alternative to get what I needed taken care of, but she also clearly reached out to the Westerville office ahead of my call. The day of service the gentlemen called me to let me know he was running late ahead of time and provided me with an accurate ETA setting my expectations properly which was great. We was professional and took care of the job reflective of this. I would absolutely use them again with no real interest in even exploring other options if something comes up. Very pleased, great experience and good value.

In January a pipe froze and burst causing major damage to the ceiling of the garage and shorting out the garage door opener at my condo in Ohio. Handyman matters did a beautiful job with the repair and the install. I live out of state but they kept me in the loop all the way through. The arrived on time, did a beautiful job with the repair and made certain I was happy with the work. I would definitely hire them again.

We had very good experience with Handyman Matters. We were very happy with them but I also know that somebody else bought this area. The new people, we really haven't had any dealings with. They installed a vent hood over the range which the previous owners hadn't vented. They replaced two ceiling vents and two of the bathrooms. They replaced the kitchen faucet and replaced the two bathroom faucets. We didn't have any dislikes. They were prompt, courteous, careful around the house, cleaned up after themselves, appropriately friend;t and we've had nothing but really good experience with them. We certainly have recommended them. Like I said, the new people, we haven't had any experience yet. It was a new problem and we like the service the first time so we called them when we had the additional problem. We have no complaints whatsoever. We probably would use them again since we had a good experience with the old owner, we would hope that a lot of the worker would be the same so we'd give them a try.

They were terrific. They did a fantastic job. The pricing was great. They were very responsive.

The handyman replaced the wood that hold the storm door. It was rotten so he replaced it without any questions. Also he replaced a spindle and couple of things. He did everything in a professional manner and clean. He would make sure that everything are clean before he leave the place! I am very happy with the service!
