Greg's evening and weekend hours made it really easy for me to schedule with him. He re-keyed both locks really quickly, and it probably would have gone even faster if my outdoor light were brighter! He didn't complain, and he was good with my dogs. His price included the 15% off Angie's List coupon, and I thought it was very reasonable. I would recommend him.

Greg called me back to arrange the service in a timely manner but unfortunately did not show up on the appointment day. He called the very next day explaining that he had a family emergency and was very apologetic. He then came out at the agreed upon time and examined our locks and agreed to come back the next day to install once he purchased new locks for us. He then came with the new locks and installed them in short order and insisted on giving us a large discount because of the reschedule. We love our new locks!

Very happy with job completed and price. Came to home when indicated. Worked very quickly. Didn't have key replacement for this type of file cabinet, but offered suggestions if we wanted to get a replacement key. Did have some trouble hooking up initially, trading phone messages, but I had indicated in messages that it was not an emergency. The business hours are great for working families. Would definitely use again.

We found Greg on Angie's List and his high ratings were indicative of the work he did for us. He was prompt with communication, showed up when he said he would, and installed some nice locks in a high quality manner. Greg is a solo practitioner in that he works on his own. The first time he showed up at our house, I didn't even know he was the locksmith because he pulled up in just a regular vehicle, not a company vehicle. Overall, we had a good experience with him.

Great. He came out the day after I called (since it wasn't an emergency) and was here on time -- actually early. He cleaned the locks in question, re-keyed them, and was done quickly. The locks work great. The whole experience was easy, fast, and cost-effective.

He was good. I wouldn't say he was great. I had a little bit of an issue with one of the locks. I didn't call him to try and correct it. It wasn't as smooth as I expected it to be.

This guy was awesome!!! Answered the phone, showed up on time, was done with the service quickly, and the price was under what I was expecting. I told him I found him on Angie's list and he had already deducted 15% from the bill when it was time to settle. I over paid him anyway cuz the service was so good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Took the time to explain everything to me. Had an appointment for the next morning. I was sorry to cancel! This will be my first call next time i lose my keys!

We had a security door that we could not find the key for and we needed to have some things hauled out of house via this door (this was the widest door in the house). Greg came over and easily removed the lock then replaced it with the lock of our choice along with new keys. We have used Greg's services serveral times at various locations and he is always, punctual, professional and works quickly and at a reasonable price. We will continue to use Greg for any type of locksmith needs that we have in the future.
