He performed a service which I did not need to have done and did it poorly . So I called Greg and he was reasonable, reliable and did a great job! Greg's Locksmith did a great job replacing the old lockset on my front door and rekeying another entry door to work with the same key. He also adjusted that lock to work more smoothly. I felt like I got a bonus as he was also able to adjust the closing of my front door to make the lock work more smoothly (poor installation of the original lock placement in the doorjamb). After years of struggling to close this door, it now works like a charm!

Showed up on time and finished up the work in about a half hour. All keys provided for the newly keyed locks worked great. Excellent job.

Greg was great! I called three locksmiths and Greg offered the best price by far. He was punctual and professional.

I had used Greg before nearly 12 years ago, and I remembered thinking the service was excellent, so I called him again. He responded immediately, and he was out doing the work in two days; he was actually available the very next day, but I wasn't. He was on time, very professional and friendly, and he had the job done in no time. He also provided me with six keys so I don't have to run out and have them made.

Greg's service is terrific, he fixed our patio door lock and all is well.

It was a pretty quick procedure. He even popped the lock a file cabinet to which we had lost the key during our move, at no charge. We had Greg do work on another house about 6 years ago when our front door lock completely failed. That time he even helped us source and measure new door hardware.

It went okay. However he didn't ask my how many keys I wanted. He just went on and made six and charged me for each. I really only needed three since just had two locks.

He did a great job, gave advice on the type of lock we bought, provided a quick overview on how the lock works, and installed in approximately 30 mins. I had bought a deal on angies list for the service call $30.00 and then he charged me $25.00 for the installation. I would definitely use him again.

It went great. Called/texted him Friday night and he was here Saturday morning, before his web page's stated hours of opening. We needed 6 locks re-keyed and he was done in a about a 1/2 hour. Comported himself professionally, was friendly, and the new keys work!

It went great. He was fast, did a great job, and even fixed the back door (which hadn't lined up properly with the lock) free of charge. He only does after work hours, which worked out great for us.

Greg did a great job! He was able to get front door lock working again, good as new & he also replaced the deadbolt on a back door.
