Greg was very respectful of my time. I work two jobs with various hours. He continued to keep in contact with me until we could schedule a time for his service. He also purchased the material needed. That save me additional time that I did not have. He also made the requested modification to the locks that I requested.

Provider was prompt in returning our message on Angie's List. He followed through with a phone call. He was on time, friendly, and efficient. I would use this provider again.

It went really well! There were no issues with scheduling and he did excellent work in changing out the lock on a sliding door. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. The lock has held up fine since they did the work.

Promptly returned my call and asked me to explain the problem. He told me how try WD40 and call back. I did and it works as good as new. Great guy!!! Great price $0. Thanks for great service!!

Greg was great. We scheduled via email, he confirmed he was on his way via text, and showed up on time. Knocked it out in 30 minutes and was on his way. Very pleased.

Greg was great! We agreed on a window of time for him to stop by the house to change our locks, 10-1. We got a little behind schedule on something else so we texted him to ask if he could arrive closer to 1. He confirmed that he could accommodate, which we really appreciated. He was friendly and fast! I would definitely recommend him!

The latch on the storm door was sticking. I got a replacement latch from Pella and soon after an Angie's deal for the services of a locksmith was offered for $29. I called and scheduled installation right away. Greg got the new latch installed but said the labor would be $40. The $29 was a standard fee for service. But the work was completed and the latch has worked ever since.

I need a locksmith for a car and he only provides residential home services. I have requested that Angie’s List refunds my purchase.

Greg was easy to get in touch with- returned all calls promptly. He showed up right on time, no waiting! He explained the mechanics of the lock and how it was supposed to work and what was causing the problem. It was fixed in about10 minutes. Very reasonable pricing compared to other locksmiths that were contacted. Would definitely call on Greg again for other locksmith needs.

Greg was a little late due to traffic, but was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently once he arrived. The final priced charged was close to the estimate he provided over the phone. I had no trouble reaching him to set up an appointment, and he did call me to let me know he was running late because of traffic on I-670.
