Description of Work: Greg's Locksmith re-keyed a lock for me and made extra keys for me. The gentleman was punctual and polite. While he did a good job, he did not have the supplies needed to make enough keys to fill my request. He also ran out of invoices so had to write up my bill on a blank piece of paper. I would use him again.

Description of Work: I contacted him to install a deadbolt on my back door in March. He said that he had a back problem and wouldn't be able to do it for a few weeks. He asked for a photo of the door, which I sent to him. I never heard back from him.

Description of Work: Greg changed 3 locks and made 6 keys. He did well. The only problem was that he was a couple months late, because he injured his back (threw out his back) and had to delay the work. This had its difficulties, because we wanted the locks to be changed from that of the previous owner. However, the work, when done, was fine. Greg also was nice.

Description of Work: We had a theft and we called Gregg's to change all the locks and key all the locks the same. The are very old locks, very well made. He did as we asked and didn't try to upsell us. He came immediately after work so we could feel sam in our home again. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
