Smooth and easy. Greg showed up and went right to work. He was able to do everything in a short period of time. Work was not only done quickly, it was done well.

Greg called quickly to make the appointment and gave me the estimate over the phone. He arrived at the correct time, worked fast and did a good job.

Greg is a very nice and capable fellow. He called back promptly, set an appointment date (and then called back and made it earlier-which was great) and showed up on time. He had to repair the inside of the lock so he took it away and came back two days later, just like he said he would. Saved me a lot of money by repairing instead of replacing. This is not a complaint but you need to know that he does this after his "day job" so it may take a day or so for him to get to you. That's not a problem unless you have an absolute crisis. He responded very promptly and my problem was fixed completely to my satisfaction!

Greg is a friendly, informal guy who does freelance locksmith services in addition to another full-time job. He came over after hours (5 PM) on a Friday to re-key locks for us. He had some difficulty with alignment of the locks, but that appeared to be due to some settling of the door in the frame. He wasn't able to finish everything in one visit due to the problems, but came back the following Monday evening (with my agreement) and went out of his way to try and resolve the issues without charging more. Would recommend. Feel we got honest service and advice at a fair price, which is all I really want.

Greg showed up on time and was absolutely fabulous. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to us and actually saved us money by re-keying all of our locks vs. Replacing them. He was also very flexible with the time frame to accommodate our work schedules.

Showed up on time, reasonably price, did a great job and clearly understands how locks work, etc. And to top it off, he was nice to my 3 year old son who followed him around and asked questions.

When I called the shop, I could tell something was wrong because in a four-minute phone call, people kept interrupting the employee and he kept putting me on hold. When he did get here, he was 3 or 4 hours late and he was not prepared. He asked enough questions that I thought he knew what he was doing and he did change the front lock properly. Part of the work was done, but what he didn't do never got done. He was really in a hurry and left without giving me a bill. He said, he had to rush because of the big game. We have not heard from him since then.

Great value. Arrived on time (even early), was friendly and gave me good advice.

Greg missed the initial appt due to a snafu, then came out two days later and offered 30% off for his error. He took care of the job in timely fashion.

Greg returned the call and came and fixed the lock which was broken.

He was good. He knew what he was doing.

He was willing to use doorknobs I had purchased. They work beautifully. One door was really sticking before the installation and he did some work that made it close very smoothly.

Greg returned my call the next day and asked what brand of key I had. During the first visit, he said that because the front door locks were a different brand than the back door locks, they could not be keyed to the same key. This would have been good to know beforehand. I decided to buy new locks for the back door so they could all be keyed to the same key. He couldn't make our next appointment, so he called and rescheduled. He came back to install and key the new locks. After installing the new locks, he said the new strike plate was the wrong size. We made an appointment for him to come back with a different strike plate. He showed up for the appointment an hour and 20 minutes late with no phone call. I was already gone by then, so I had him send me the strike plate and bill in the mail. He did.

Greg did a very nice job. He was able to repair the deadbolt, and was able to remove the old lock on the shed so I could put a latch lock on it. He was very capable in performing the work in a short amount of time, and charged very reasonably. He was also quite friendly and helpful in describing what the problems were. I would definitely use him again.

This guy does weekend appointments, and I was just so impressed because he did a bunch of locks for me, and the price was really good. He was very polite and responsive.

Greg had set two appointments and canceled each at the last minute. Fed me a lot of excuses for the cancellations. He didn't want to work on a sunny Saturday, I found him totally unreliable and would not recommend him.

Greg was prompt, polite, and quickly completed the job. I would use his services again.

Greg was courteous and punctual, plus he made suggestions to save us money. I called 3 locksmiths and his rate was by far the most reasonable. I will definitely call Greg for any future locksmith needs.

Greg was very quick to return my call. He came out within a few hours and completed the job to my satisfaction. My only complaint was that he didn't clean up the mess that he left.

Mr. Nice was readily available and able to complete the job almost immediately which was important to us because we wanted the locks changed before we moved in. We had a couple of unexpected issues (a couple locks that weren't standard and a couple of the slots in the door frame needed adjusting) which required a second appointment. We were only charged for the one service call. He was available in the evenings which made scheduling very easy. He was always on time, polite, personable, and very informative. He even showed me how the locks work and how he re-keys them which was very interesting. I would highly recommend him!
