Gregs Locksmith Service

It went fine. He responded to my call quickly and was there a few minutes ahead of the time he said he would be.

The deadbolt on my front door stopped working with a key(it would just spin and not lock or unlock). I called Greg on a Monday and he called back the next morning. He asked if he could come out that evening. He arrived when he said it would and spent about 15 minutes fixing the lock. His price was great and the service and responsiveness was really first-rate.

He did a good job. When I called back, he came right out and fixed it.

Our home was burglarized twice in one week. We called Greg to come change out our locks and were ready to pay through the nose if it meant sleeping better. To my amazement Greg only charged us $60 to re-key all of our locks (6) in the home. He was punctual and professional. He was also very quick. I would not hesitate to use him again, though let's hope that I don't have to.

They did a great job and we would use them again.

Locks were changed out on the doors requested. Greg unfroze a sliding glass door lock that would not accept a key. He mailed me extra keys that I had requested.

I had two spring locks that were not working and Greg came out to replace them. He also rekeyed three locks. I wasn't sure if I wanted a lever or a traditional door knob for my front door so he gave me both for the price of one and showed me how to change from one to another if I changed my mind. Greg was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The lock was fixed and he made the keys on site right at my home. I have recommended him to others and to all who read this report.

Greg called me back right away even though he was on vacation. Arrived when he said he would, got the work done quickly and was very reasonably priced. Would use again if needed and would also recommend.

Greg was wonderful. He worked to make sure that we had an appointment that was acceptable to me. He was prompt and courteous. He worked for quite a while on that lock, but it just wouldn't be fixed. He showed me what was wrong and suggested that I get a new doorknob installed instead. I contracted with him to do the work. He, again, was diligent in getting an appointment time that I was happy with. He installed the new knob, and it's been great since.

I thought the was more than fair. He seemed to be very responsive. He was able to work us into his schedule relatively quickly. I would recommend them to others.

Very helpful. His pricing was reasonable and his work was also very good. We have not had any problems with it since his visit. I would recommend him to anyone.

He didn't try to sell a new door knob like other service providers. He just repaired the existing one. He came when he said he was going to be there and also was in and out with in a half of an hour. I would hire them again.

Greg arrived a few minutes early and once I showed him the location of the locks he went right to work. He rekeyed the locks and cut 3 keys. He was done in about 25 minutes. Greg was very polite and professional and we'll use him again if there is a need for this service.

When I called Greg, he gave the best price so we decided to hire them. Greg sent out 2 techs who were very nice to change out the locks. When the work was done, the techs gave a different price than what was quoted to me by Greg so they called him to verify. They honored the price quoted and that was great!

We recently moved, and asked Greg to re-key our locks. He called ahead to let us know he was running late. He took care to not harm our marble countertop with his tools. He completed the job promptly and pleasantly.

I contacted him 2/25 via vmail. He called back 2/27 and was able to come out that day. He re-keyed several locks and found one to have a bad cylinder. He returned the following day, replaced the bad cylinder and re-keyed a couple more locks. His service was fast and professional. Would hire again!

I called Greg and he returned my call quickly to set up an appointment. I had thought I would have to have all of the locks in our home replaced, since our keys had gradually stopped working well, and he explained it would be much less expensive to just have the locks re-keyed. He set up an appointment early the following week. He showed up on time and did the work promptly and professionally. We were very happy with both the service and the results, and will certainly call him again should we have any locksmith needs.
