Gregs Locksmith Service

Called Greg on Tuesday, scheduled for Thursday. He arrived a few minutes early. Unfortunately, he didn't have the right part for my door. Worked for about an hour trying to make a repair with the parts available, but no go. Said he'd call on the following Monday or Tuesday after he got the right part. Returned on Monday and quickly made the repair. Overall a very good experience. I would not hesitate to hire Greg again or to recommend him to a friend.

Gregg was prompt in returning my call. He had a repair person call to set up a convenient time.I thought both the door knob and panic bar would need to be replaced and would be expensive. He was able to repair without replacement. I would use them again

He came out within a few days of my call (it was not an emergency need). He was prompt and efficient. The price was reasonable and the service was fine.

Greg actually arrived earlier than he stated. That is a plus in my book. He had all of our locks re-keyed and copies made within half an hour. The reason for the "B" ranking on professsionalism was because he didn't answer the phone with his business name. I thought perhaps I had dialed the wrong number. Other than that, he was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Greg was great. This is his second job so only available in the evenings.....which for most people works well. We had a slight miscommunication on how locks are counted but the price was still a good value. I would definitely call him again.

Greg's service was first-rate. He was easy to reach and worked with me to match my schedule. He showed up on time, quickly scoped out the situation and got right to work. He quickly rekeyed the four doors. There was a surprise with one of the locks that would have required some new hardware and a (no-charge) revisit but Greg suggested he install a good, used part he had on the truck right then and there. Greg also had cut five matching keys for use in the new locks. Great guy with great service. I'd call him again if I need a locksmith.

Greg came over within hours of my call and was able to fix our lock in just a few minutes. The front door had gotten to the point where it was a fire hazard -- you had to turn the deadbolt as far as you could with one hand and tug on the door with the other, and it still took about 15 seconds and a lot of force to open. The plate on the handle lock was also poorly installed and sticking out. He took apart the entire mechanism, oiled pieces and got it working again without any big parts needing to be changed. He was prompt, friendly and went straight to work, and I appreciate that he was so reasonable about the pricing.

He was great and I used him twice. He came out and did what he needed to do. He was quick and easy to access. He quoted the price that was great for him.

Greg was wonderful! I had contacted him the week prior to determine scheduling for the day of my mother's closing. He stated to call him once the closing had occurred and he would come over and rekey all the locks. He did what he promised - once we were closed on the property, he came over and rekeyed all the exterior locks and ensured that my elderly mother had enough key replacements. He was also kind enough to remove all old keys so that she didn't lock herself out. Thanks Greg!

He came on time, was nice, and his pricing was reasonable. However he did not fix the lock either time. Both times he thought he had fixed it, but this was not the case. He felt he fixed the lock, but I do not know if he couldn't fix it or just misdiagnosed the problem. While he may do a great job on other locks, he could not solve this problem.

He is very thorough, clean, and always does a good job. He is very flexible and will work around my schedule.

Excellent - he realized that the previous owners did not give us the correct key to one of the doors, so he immeidately took care of it. He was kind, went right to work and was extremely professional.

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced.

He was able to remove locks and rekeyed them manually at home one night and reinstalled them perfectly so they could all be alike. It was a difficult job and he handled it seamlessly.

Contacted Greg on Monday, 6/30; he provided an estimate over the phone; scheduled a Wednesday 5 pm appointment. He arrived on time; was very efficient, and cost was equal to estimated amount.

The owner returned my call right away, We set a date, He was prompy, assessed our problem, rekeyed our locks,talked with us and was extremely nice. Would definitely use again if needed

Work went great. Arived ontime for job, stuck to phone estimate, rekeyed lock for free to match rear door, and cleaned up after self. Would use service again. Thank you for job well done.

Had a problem with back door lock - asked Greg for suggestions to improve security. He said what existed was fine and recommended a solution to fix my minor back door lock problem. Didn't charge me anything!

Quickly responded to my email and we had an appointment in a couple days. He was right on time to the minute and had the job done in about 45 minutes. He did a great job and even took great care to clean up all wood shavings. I will definitely use Greg again for my locksmithing needs! Very smooth transaction.

He was very efficient and both locks work perfectly since the repairs.

Gregg was very professional, courteous and on time. He was very quick and we've had no issues with the work that he performed. His prices were very reasonable and the work is of good quality. He even had my kids follow him around as "assistants" and was patient and let them tag along. Outside screen/storm door lock was stripped and he couldn't repair on-site. Took to shop and tried his best but couldn't repair. He didn't charge to take a chance at repairing and I appreciate that.

He worked very quickly and all 3 sets of locks work great.

Mr. Nice was punctual and professional. He had to make a trip to obtain a new deadbolt, and returned within the time he estimated. He was able to replace the deadbolt within a reasonable amount of time and the new lock works fine.

He came when he said he would. The work took about the amount of time he said it would and he was very neat.
