The service person also stayed to answer all questions and help with burnt bulbs. Extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this provider for all garage door services.

Description of Work: My wife called for service twice because Duppy had performeed previous work and got no response and finally I called and it took several days to come out "when he was in the area" and then he could not fix cause he had to order a part. Never heard back after 4-5 weeks and would not return calls so we called Budget Doors and they came out next day and fixed problem. Budget Doors carried the part on their truck.

Initially put one spring on, but withing first few weeks, I noticed that one spring wasn't enough--chain rod was bending and creaking whenever the garage door was opened. So, called Duppy back and they sent a different service tech, who took single spring off and installed two springs. Also had issue with amount of WD-40 that was sprayed on garage door joints, which caused staining on outside of garage door. However, Duppy came out once again and cleaned ENTIRE garage door and everything looks great.
