I called the company that did the. work on a previous garage door. He said they were only doing wholesale work but STRONGLY recommended Duppy's. I called Duppy's and within a few hours he was at the barn taking measurements. A few hours later the door was fixed. Simply A+ all the way

The positive score is for the service person who worked on our doors and not the company as a whole. I've used Duppy in the past (once for a broken spring that kept our cars in the garage which Duppy made a special effort to get out and fix). The routine maintenance went very well (inspection, lubrication, replace a cable, etc.). The individual who came out was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He told us what he was doing and why as he went and also answered our questions. We were very happy with the work that was done. I've forgotten how much it cost, so I guessed $95. Could have been more or less. We discussed the best approach to the weather stripping and decided on a color and type to use. He told us he would let the owners know what was needed so it could be ordered and then the owners would contact us to schedule installation. He said we should pay for that part when the work was done. It is now 3 months later and we have heard nothing. I suppose I should call them and see if they ever got the weather stripping ordered and received. I still like this company and would use them again.

Went well. Agreed with Duppy advice to replace the other (unbroken) torsion spring too, at the same time. No pressure, just a good idea.

The only disappointment was having to wait two days to have my situation resolved. That posed some logistic issues since my car was "trapped" in the garage. Still, I was quite satisfied with the final result. Gary identified the issues right away and went straight to work replacing the torsion spring and the unsalvageable cable. He was quite professional and had the work done quickly. The final cost was quite reasonable as well.

I didn't know what all was wrong; I just knew that our 15 year-old Craftsman garage door opener had a failure. On a Sunday morning, I pressed the remote to close the door. About a second later, the door slammed down. Called Duppy (among others) the next day. They were recommended by Thomas Overhead Doors. Very glad. After service man looked at the top of the operator box, he essentially said, "Three choices: replace and upgrade; replace with similar unit; replace the part that actually broke - and it's really broke." After a brief discussion, I told him I was quite willing to save a few bucks and just replace the shaft and gear assembly. I asked if the spring tension on the door was as it should be and he said it was the wrong spring. But, he said it was close and he tweaked the tension and said that should help a lot. Added that was probably the root of the problem. I'm totally happy. Door runs quiter than it has for years. Can't even hear it with the door to the garage closed. I've already recommended Duppy to my brother-in-law.

It went great. Showed up on time. Had everything he needed to complete the job even though we had old style set up. Answered all of our questions. Price was fair.

Replaced spring, end bearing brackets, greased hinges, and replaced seal at bottom of door. Door functions much smoother and is very quiet. Would recommend.

Great, they straightened the track, put the section back on, tightened the spring and only charged me for the call to come out.

Sunday night, the garage door wood not open, the spring had broken. We called them Monday morning and they came out that very morning and fixed it quickly and affordably.

Great experience! I contacted our home warranty company regarding the garage door, and Duppy's called me within the hour to schedule the job. They sent Gary (the technician) out the same day to do the work. Gary is certainly the "garage door whisperer," because he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the garage door. He also repaired the wiring and re-installed the garage door sensors, and he explained some of the mechanics to me for future reference. I would definitely use them again!

Great! Chris was very detail oriented. He called before he arrived, went over all components, showed me where the spring had broken and made sure the replacement part was correct for the door. He showed me his evaluation of other operational components and overall was very customer friendly. He was a good reflection on the company.

The guy (Gary or Garret) who showed up had no clue what he was doing. He suggested to replace the circuit but that was not the problem. He tried the capacitor and that did not solve the problem. He finally said that the unit or the motor need to be replaced. On top of that he charged me $80 for the service without knowing what he is doing.

Everything went fine. We have a 3 car garage. They did a tune up on both doors.

I wish every service interaction went like this. Provided product and model number. Described my actions and requested service call. Was advised of an often overlooked security setting for that model and told to call back. Problem solved. $90 saved. Thank you Duppy Door. That's showing integrity. Sale lost but customer gained. I know at sometime I'll need help with another door. Guess who I'll call first.

Service was performed quickly, it was reasonably priced and the site was cleaned up. I even got an estimate for a door replacement.

It went very well. The technician analyzed the issue and corrected it. He also performed overall maintenance of the door and opener to ensure optimum operation. I was very satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism of Chris, the technician. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They called ahead and arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time. Installation was done very well. Installer went over all the features, including how to open and close the door using my cell phone. Definitely will use them again.

Duppy's installed the new opener in the summer of 2016. Their service person was professional, cleaned up after himself, and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond expectations by explaining all the technology of the new opener to me and syncing my car with the opener. Then, last week, (10-28-16) we had a problem with the opener. I called Duppy's again. They came out and this service person, John, spent at least an hour fixing it and worked again to "resync" my car to the opener. He explained everything thoroughly to me and was very friendly and professional. Once again, he cleaned up well and I was totally pleased with this service call. When I asked how much I owed him, he said the owner told him not to charge us, since they had just installed the opener this past summer. I was very impressed with Duppy's Garage Door!

Called on 8/17/2016 spoke to someone (woman), took my name and number stating she was't the one to handle garage door replacement requests and she'd have someone call me back. Never returned my call for an estimate.
