They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable.

Our garage was badly damaged in the September 2008 wind storm. Two doors and two openers needed to be installed. Mr. Duppy was able to work around the company that was doing the restoration work so that we could have use of our garage in a timely manner. The cost was covered by insurance so I'm not able to comment on this.

Duppy's were very responsive. They were able to be at the house on the next working day after our initial call, arrived exactly on time and had the work completed with a half hour.

Mr. Duppy was able to find a handle in his inventory that would work on my 19 year old garage door. Installed it on a very cold day. New handle appears to be better quality than than the old one.

The cable of the garage door was broken which caused the door crooked and could not be closed completely. I called the company in the morning and they were about to perform the service in the afternoon. I asked him to come at noon, but had to changed the time of the appointment to 3 p.m. later. He was flexible about the schedule change. He showed up after 3:30 p.m. He fixed the broken cable, tightened the cables on both sides, adjusted the springs, replaced the rollers, and adjusted the frame. The door does not make loud noises anymore and it runs smoothly. He did more than he should do. From our conversation, I could tell that he took pride of his work.

A very professional installation. Excellent-there were no hidden surprises and no compromising shortcuts. I relied on their knowledge and many years of experience to my complete satisfaction.

Called Clymer on a Monday morning, they came out and replaced the springs within the next 4 hours the same day. Great response and service.

The price was outstanding. The repairman got the job done very quickly. He was very nice and friendly. He was able to answer any of our questions. He really seemed to know what he was doing.

Joe replaced a panel on our double door, which had rotted out. He's replaced and installed garage door openers and door springs and is always on time and on budget.

I could not be present that day and he fixed everything. The door works better than it did before. He was very responsive and had great prices and he left everything very clean. He called me and kept me up to date with what he had done and I would definitely use them again.

Lifting our heavy, heavy, heavy wooden garage door when the opener is unhooked, or a spring is broken, or the power is out, has never been possible for us in the 16 years we've lived here. It is now very manageable and I truly believe it will be better for our electric opener and extend it's life, since the springs are properly adjusted to help lift the door. We have had springs replaced every couple of years by another company, but the door was still impossible to lift because of it's weight. Duppy did a great job.

Went very well. After the spring popped and the door was inoperable, we were able to get Clymer out within a couple of days. The spring was replaced and the entire door system was checked over. We discussed options for door replacements sometime in the future and got ballpark pricing on that project too.

Called in the morning and left message. Person called back within 1 hour. Told them spring broke and I needed it replaced that day (could not get car out otherwise). Scheduled someone to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00. Technician arrived at 1:00. Replaced 2 springs and noticed rollers were worn and that causes the loud noise when operating the garage doors. I had him replace the rollers.

He's very good! He gives us the best price out of anyone, and he also gives us the quality that you ask for and is very responsive to your concerns. He also checks up to make sure everything is fine.

He came out the morning that I called. In the past he replaced the garage door. I also had him install a new opener.

I am very pleased with this service. They are very professional and proficient, and the price was fair. Update: contacted this service again in 2013. Business was evidently sold and quite disappointing. Spoke to someone (but it took several days to have my call returned) about service needs and was told they would call back to schedule, but never heard from them again. I was surprised because my previous experience was so good--did some research and found that the company had been sold.

When I first called, I found that the business owner had left a very helpful announcement on his voicemail indicating on what day he would return. He was indeed available when I called again. The job was completed on that same day.

Joe was great. We were getting ready to go out on Friday night and the door made a horrible noise and sounded like it was all going to come crashing down. We were unable to get out of the garage. We couldn't even lift it when it was released. We initially called someone else and left a message. In the meantime we were able to find the paper work from the last owners of the house when they had the door replaced by Duppy's. So Sat am when we hadn't heard from the other company we called Duppy's and were surprised to have someone answer on a Sat morning. We were so glad they did and he was at our house 2 hours later. He was very professional and we would definitely recommend him to anyone.

He assessed the situation quickly and finished the job within an hour. He was very friendly and explained exactly what was done. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

My garage door (two car) suddenly broke one evening, leaving my car stuck in the garage. The shaft was broken on one side and the door was "frozen" about 6 inches from the ground and would not move up. I called another company and they said they would be out in another week. I called Duppey at about 7pm and was surprised when someone answered the phone. They arrived the next morning and immediately freed my car, allowing me to go to work. The work was completed that morning.

Came out same day, fixed it, professional.
