They did a great job cleaning my house. They were punctual, polite and professional. My house looked considerably better when they were done. I highly recommend them!

They could not be more more professional and courteous. Provided a prompt and thorough estimate. After discussing with my wife we decided to move forward with an initial deep cleaning, then bimonthly cleaning. We had used a different provider that shall remain nameless and the difference in quality is unbelievable. Very receptive to what we wanted them to focus on. Of great Importance to us is the great care they take in cleaning our infant daughter's room. Would for sure recommend them. Also, she did lose her cell phone, as today she reached out to me with a different phone number to apologize. Please ignore the recent negative review as it is clear that reviewer did not have all their facts straight prior to posting.

Wow! I am sitting in stunned amazement in a room that resembles my living room, but is so clean i don't recognize it. Islan and her helper were incredibly attentive to detail and an absolute joy to work with. We'll never use anyone else!

I'm hesitant to share how fantastic Islan and her crew are for fear they'll get too busy to come back!! By far this was the best experience I've ever had with my home being cleaned. Islan called me within hours of my purchase of a big deal. We arranged a date and time and her crew of two arrived as scheduled. They worked tirelessly and cleaned every nook and cranny of my home. The tops of cabinets were cleaned for the first time in probably a year. Everything sparkles. The added touch of beautiful folding appeared on all my toilet paper rolls and napkins. I plan on having her back frequently!

Islan and her team are absolutely amazing! Always on time! Always do amazing work. Extremely trustworthy. I will never use another house cleaner.

They did a fantastic job. They clean really well, cleaned everything that they said they would be going to clean. I walked in, my house was fresh and clean, and I was happy. It was fine because I do not have the whole house clean. She has a good price and the people whom I asked for some personal references, I called them and I just raise about her.

.Two housecleaners vacuum carpets, wash kitchen and bathroom floors and clean the bathrooms. They arrive promptly and complete the job in 2 hours. Some weeks they dust the plantation shutters, and sometimes they dust the knicknacks on the shelves. They always wash mirrors and the front and back door windows. If I have a special job I want them to do I can request it and they always work it in. I am very happy with the job. Everything is always gleaming when I get home after they have cleaned our house

Islan and a helper spend the entire day cleaning our house from top to bottom in preparation for monthly service. They did the most thorough cleaning we have had in our 16 years in the home! SPOTLESS! We have wood floors throughout and now look like brand new. They cleaned the inside of the oven, all the cabinets, moldings, woodwork, ceiling fans. We look forward to her returning to maintain the house. She is very pleasant and professional. We would definitely recommend her.

It went so well. The kitchen had been completely renovated and that meant washing all cupboards and drawers inside and out and countertops (some with glue residue). Wiping down the walls, washing the floors and cleaning the laundry area, including cupboards there. Oak flooring was throughout the house (dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bath and 1/2 on the upper level and the lower level). Islan said they needed to wash them 4 times to get them clean! Again all cupboards, bathroom sinks and shower stalls, glass cabinets, etc. needed to be cleaned because of the dust throughout (there had been wallpaper everywhere that was stripped and followed by painting). All light fixtures were cleaned and the inside of windows. They vacuumed the fireplace walls (3 of them). They cleaned the bedroom closets, too. Islan and her helper worked so hard for 8 hours. They also cleaned the cupboards in the garage and the frig that was out there. Also the stairs to the lower level and the tall wood wall along side it. It was quite amazing!

This company is amazing! I contacted them last minute after another provider failed to show. Not only were they able to fit us into their schedule, they provided amazing service on very short notice! I couldn't be more thrilled with the job they did! They cleaned everything in my home. I have a dog and a cat and you'd never know it now - all pet fur and odors are gone! After meeting Islan when she gave me the estimate for work, I knew that they'd do a great job, but I was surprised at how they went above and beyond at every turn! I would definitely hire this company again! If you're thinking of hiring them - do it!

Islan and her people have been cleaning our house for more than a year, and they do an outstanding job. I always am delighted to discover the above-and-beyond things they have cleaned--the light fixtures on a chandelier, the dusting of a whole bell collection, etc.. They are more thorough and reliable than any cleaners we have ever had over the past 25 years. BR House Cleaning Service is a gem, and I feel very lucky to have found them!

FANTASTiC! We had the deep cleaning a few weeks ago ($300) and now are doing bi-weekly ($125, extra $30 for basement). Great value, very responsive. Very happy with our choice!

Islan and her team cleaned my home from top to bottom leaving no stone unturned. After they left I felt so relaxed and at ease in a bright clean home. They moved furniture to get behind things that I would not have even thought of. They interacted well with my 1 year old and didn't mind his curiosity. All in all I am very happy with their services. I was most excited about our main bathtub. I had tried and tried to remove stains and I had just decided they won't come out and we will have to replace the tub. After they left I checked the tub and the stains were gone. No idea how they did it but I am so happy! I will be using Islan and her team again.

Islan first came to our home on 8/16/13 to give us an estimate. She was prompt, and very professional. We walked through the entire house and she asked pertinent questions regarding what needed to be done, and what our expectations would be. We discussed the details for each room and Islan quoted prices for the deep cleaning and for routine bi-weekly and monthly cleanings. She explained how many workers we could expect and approximately how many hours the initial cleaning would take. She outlined what their procedures were (they come with their own equipment and cleaning products), and was willing to use any product I preferred, for certain areas of the house, such as the hardwood floors and solid wood furniture. Islan also was able to schedule our cleaning at our convenience for the following Saturday. When the job was performed, the crew arrived approximately 15 minutes later than scheduled, but that was not a problem. She introduced us to the cleaning crew and then we walked the house as she explained to them what was to be done and told them to call her when they were almost done and she would return to do the walk-through with me when the work was completed. Everything went fantastic! The 3-person work crew started cleaning immediately, and did the most thorough cleaning my home has seen since we moved in. They truly exceeded my expectations and did a true "deep cleaning". They moved furniture, (where possible) scrubbed floors, cleaned baseboards, sanitized the bathrooms, vacuumed the rugs, cleaned the blinds, chandeliers, light fixtures, fronts of cabinets and also cleaned the oven. I was completely satisfied with the job they did, and we have discussed their continuing with us on a regular basis. Islan and her crew have been cleaning our house for almost a year. We first contacted her after reading her positive reviews. She was able to come look at our house the same day. She gave us three prices - one for initial deep clean then the regular price which could be monthly or every 2 weeks. It is a bit more expensive to have it done monthly.

Islan offers outstanding cleaning services! You can tell she has very high standards, and takes pride in her work. Everything is always spotless and smells so nice after she leaves. I have a rather large house, as well as two cats and a dog that shed quite a bit, so it?s no small task to clean. The little touches she leaves behind are so nice too? I love the way she folds our towels and the ends of our toilet paper and tissues. Islan is also a very intelligent and a pleasant person to have around. I typically can?t help from chatting with her before she gets to work. I highly recommend her service to anyone who is looking for reliable, quality house cleaning where everything is done right.

Islan Madeiro the owner came to the house and assessed our needs. She brought a crew of 3 the first time they cleaned for us and spent 4 hours cleaning "deeply." The house was spotless when we returned. They had dusted all the shelves. They vacuumed under furniture and under the cushions. In the bathrooms they make little flowers in the tissue boxes and fold the toilet paper rolls in a cute design when they finish. The cost for this first cleaning was $200. The regular cleaning is done every 2 weeks. They talways arrive promptly, or call and let us know if they are running behind schedule. This cleaning takes 2 hours, and Island sends us a text message to let us know that they are finished. We usually put our 2 dogs in their cages in the dining room and leave the house while the cleaning is being done. I leave a note with any special requests and everything is always done perfectly. I could not be happier with the house cleaning services performed. They do a super job!

Mainly because I?m selfish and I don?t want to share Islan with anyone else. Despite my efforts at sabotage, she is now doing 5 friends houses just through word of mouth. Over the past 8 years, Across two countries, 3 cities and 4 homes, we?ve probably had over 20 different cleaners. She?s the best we?ve ever had. Hands down. This company returned our phone call the day that we left a message and scheduled an appointment to provide services within 3 days. The owner and her assistant spent almost 7 hours cleaning our 3200-sq. ft. home that was not left in the best condition. Beyond the basic housecleaning, they cleaned out cabinets, cleaned the kitchen stove, wiped baseboards, and the like.
