BR House Cleaning Svcs

Cleaners were spot on time. Removed their shoes at the door. Introduced themselves and wore masks in accordance with Covid regulations. They were both delightful pleasant polite and hard-working young people. We discussed what I needed done and I have to say they went above and beyond and did more things than I asked which was wonderful and were very neat and tidy and efficient. Based on the first cleaning I have requested that they return in approximately two weeks and would like to have that done on an ongoing basis.

We had two people from BR Cleaners clean our home after months of paying another company. I was frustrated with the lack of attention to detail they had so I tried BR Cleaners. I could not have been more impressed with their work. My husband and I literally went around the house and tried to find things they had missed as a game and we couldn’t! We will definitely continue to use their services and would highly recommend!

The crew of two arrived at 8 am, immediately started working and didn't stop until 2:10 pm. Our house was this clean one other time - the day we moved into our house 27 years ago. They were easy to work with and spent as much time as needed to make sure our house was clean to our satisfaction. Job well done and we will hire them every 2 weeks to keep our house clean.

Amazing! They worked so hard and are so professional. They cleaned everything, and left special touches on the toliet paper, blankets (my kids loved) and my house looks and smells amazing. Highly recommended!!

From the initial meeting to review our needs and their abilities, it was a positive experience. Appointments were kept, details and expectations clearly laid out. Just as important as their professionalism was the results they achieved. The team that came to do our initial deep cleaning worked diligently and did a very good job. The house feels so much cleaner. We have already scheduled to have them come on a periodic basis and hired them to do some additional services (exterior window washing). I would certainly recommend their services.

The two women cleaned my house & my mother's. Both homes are about 1800 sq ft. They were very thorough. They wore masks. They didn't rush through. Islan came out to interview & review both homes before giving me a quote. Very professional & easy to work with!

The cleaners who work for BR are top notch who go above and beyond what I expected and was asking for. I hired BR to help with some small things around the house -I need help with laundry and dishes, but when they were finished I almost didn't recognize my own house because everything so was perfect and spotless. I have no regrets on hiring BR and I've already given their number and recommendation to friends. You cannot go wrong with BR.

OK. As my place was not terribly dirty, it was OK. They wiped down a lot of places... But places like bathrooms, should ALWAYS be scrubbed. So I had them redo the bathrooms... place soap and bleach and scrub a little, before giving it 5-10 minutes for the soap/bleach to do its job, before washing it off... Which made it look much better. Didn't supervise the cleaning of the second bathroom, so after they left I saw ares where they did not clean. But they did anOK JOB.

Islan arrived on time for doing the initial walk-through and estimate and gave me a fair price. The cleaner did a great job, even leaving a very regular and attractive pattern to the vacuum tracks on the carpets. There were some minor things that were missed (such as cobwebs on the ceiling of the stairway to the basement), but with the amount to be covered, this was to be expected. I was very pleased with the result, and the windows looked great too. While being removed for cleaning, the cover of the kitchen cloud/puff style ceiling fixture was broken. I received an appropriate apology and there was no trouble at all having the replacement cost removed from the cleaning bill. Accidents happen, and it was handled very professionally.

We've had BR House cleaning Services for over 8 years! We absolutely love the quality of the work, responsiveness, and professionalism of the team. In fact, if I point out something once, they make sure to hit that spot every single time after that! I'm so impressed with them. They've helped me clean out an old house, deep clean a new home that we moved into, and continue to be consistent in their service in my new house. If I need changes in the schedule, they're always accommodating, and work with whatever cleaning I need for a given day, like an extra cob web clean up or something like that that they can just incorporate into their work. I've referred them to friends and family, and am always looking forward to having them come and clean us up! Honestly, I can't say enough great things about this company!
