Incredible service; the house was still half under construction but the crew did a great job working around and with my contracting team. They were thorough, respectful, hard working and kept to themselves (but very friendly! Just focused :) I will absolutely hire again and am thrilled that they use natural cleaning products, plus they don't use silicone cleaners on my hardwoods which was wonderful to know. Great business owner and team.

With the coupon, the price was fair and the two person team worked hard. The house was sparkling when they finished. I plan to get a quote for bi-weekly cleaning services.

Fantastic! Our family has allergy issues and has special needs for cleaning. The crew was kind, flexible and accommodating. (And, they worked around me and my children and pets for the first visit, a feat in itself) They are incredibly thorough. They did what I asked within the time I could afford and everything looks amazing. I scheduled regular cleanings right away. I can not say how grateful I am to have connected with this business.

The young couple Islan sent to our home were wonderful: by far the most thorough and conscientious workers I've seen for this type of work. They work non-stop from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave--and they do not leave until the job is done (well).

They did an excellent job. The house looked so clean and neat, we hated to go in and start using it again! I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again myself. They were punctual and professional. Their work was thorough. I didn't find any detail undone.

BR House Cleaning Services was amazing! My home now sparkles and they cleaned more than I would/could have even thought of. There was a small delay in the time they arrived, but to make up for that, they brought along an extra person to get the job done on time. I would hire them again and recommend them to everyone I know! Very nice and personable.

This was a great service supplied by Islan's crew. They were prompt (and we are 45 minutes away in a rural area), professional, courteous. They helped with things that they really didn't need to do and the job they did was immaculate. My kitchen is sparkling, the bathrooms are spotless. My house looks fabulous. Thank you so much. We'll do this again at least once a year.

They come to our home every other week punctually and do a superb job of cleaning our home. The one-time job for our daughter (4 hours on an Angie's List coupon) was also excellent - even cleaning behind the refrigerator. Great attention to detail.

Provider did an outstanding job of deep cleaning the house initially from top to bottom including windows and ceiling fans and cabinets and baseboards. The house was spotless. We hired them to clean the house every two weeks. They do a very good job at ensuring the home is clean. It smells clean when I come in the house and they add some sweet touches like folding the end of the toiler paper roll/tissue box so I feel like I'm in a 4-star hotel! Once they did not clean up to their usual standards and when I talked to Islan about it, she explained she'd overbooked her staff. She immediately responded to the issue and it has not happened again as now they have adequate time to do their usual superior job. I know that if I have any issues or concerns that Islan will be responsive. I recommend you give them a try!

We bought a house that was very dirty and and needed cleaned because I was injured. BR cleaning staff did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly. They also worked non stop until they were done. I will use them again!!

Once again, Islan did a beautiful job. She came with a helper and they took about six hours to make my home immaculate. Islan is personable and clearly takes great pride in her work. I've used other cleaning services but have never experienced the attention to detail and genuine care she brings to her work. This is our second time using her services, and I am a customer for life.

I was pleased with service and hired them to clean my home biweekly.

They do a terrific job every time they clean our house. The price is very reasonable. The owner is easy to get in touch with, and if I need to reschedule, she is accommodating.

The service went well. There were no additional charges to the $135 Big Deal price. The quality of the service was good. They came out and did a good job.

The owner & 1 other person did the work. The owner was very willing to do anything I specifically requested. She seemed especially skilled at cleaning bathrooms. Her assistant did not speak English, but followed the owner's instructions. However, she did admit that this was her 1st day of work as a housecleaner & that she was tired (this was their last job for the day). She was assigned the dusting & did not completely dust all surfaces. When I pointed this out to the owner, she immediately took care of it. Later, however, I found portions of other surfaces that had been missed. I think 'the new girl' was tired & maybe not really interested in working as hard as the owner did.

I asked that the six (6) hours of services be focused on my kitchen and three (3) bathrooms. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned and scrubbed so that everything sparkled. This was my first attempt at having others clean my home - and I will certainly use BR House Cleaning again.

I've been very happy with the service I'm getting. The house looks great and they're very accommodating, especially with the dog following them around.

We set up an initial consultation to provide an estimate on regularly cleaning our condo for 1 Nov at 10 AM. The lady never showed nor did she return my phone calls to find out what happened. The most frustrating part is I moved plans around to fit in her visit. As of the 4th of Nov. I still have not heard from her!! As of now I would never use this service.

I was amazed at their attention to detail, and they covered every area needed and them some, with that same attention to detail. They were very professional but personable. I will definitely use them again!

They did a great job! Things I didn't know were in need of cleaning are now sparkling. I made a list of items that were important to me to ensure they didn't miss them. What I didn't know is they didn't miss anything. They took liberties in all the right places, i.e., put misc earrings together in a zip lock bag. I will definitely use them again. They were professional and courteous. Worked hard the entire time they were here. Oh, and the kitchen! I clean my stainless but it never sparkles like it does now!
