Wonderful service and the crew that cleans for me are so professional and detailed. Francis and Harrison do such a good job and make sure that the house is perfectly cleaned before they leave. They don’t rush and stay as long as it takes to clean to my satisfaction. My house always smells so clean and fresh. Have used them since Summer 2018. They were scheduled on a regular basis. Once the "honeymoon" is over, they started doing less and leaving earlier. 4 hours soon turned to 2 hours for the same amount of money. They were late by over 2 hours this last time with no explanation. It is the middle of winter with rain and snow. The photo reflects what condition the floor was in and left in after they cleaned. They moved rugs to make it look like they cleaned. My Roomba robot can do a better job cleaning the floor. I schedule my week around the cleaners because I want to be home when people are in my house. They wanted to come back on Thursday after I complained. This is the second time they have had to send the cleaners back. If they were doing the job I scheduled, they would not have to send them back.

My wife and I are both very happy with the quality of work. Islan has been very responsive throughout the whole process. This is the second time BR has cleaned our house and they have done great both times. House is very clean and no chemical or harsh cleaning smells.

I have had B & R Housecleaning Services cleaning my house twice a month. I started out with a major cleaning when they included things like taking the glass shades out of light fixtures and cleaning them. Now they clean 2 x a month. They clean 2 br; 1 bath, living, family & dining room for $195 a month. They are fast and thorough. I have only had to point out 2 more things that I would like included and they did so instantly. I have cancelled when we were out of town which was not a problem. The 2 or three cleaners are very pleasant. I really appreciate that they accomodate this night-shift, day sleeper. They clean my bedroom first thing in the AM and I can go to sleep while they finish the rest of the house. I am really happy with B & R.

It didn't. I will forever be amazed by how many companies across all kinds of services never respond to requests for hire. Am I the only person in this state who has to work? Why are there so many companies on Angie's List who don't need my business? SMH

They were on time. My bathroom is spotless. My family room looks a lot better. They did such a good job I'm having them come back and do biweekly cleaning.

Left a message for BR and never heard back from them. Either they were two busy to respond to us or were not interested in new business. We went with another service provider who we were extremely happy with and will be using that company (not BR) again in the future.

We are very happy with Islan and BR house cleaning. I had called around to a few different companies when we were searching for regular cleaning. Islan was by far the most responsive and professional. She arrived on time for our estimate. Islan is also very responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. So far we have had our initial cleaning and our first bi-weekly cleaning. The cleaners do a great job, our house has never looked better.

It was good. They did a great job. It was thorough. I was pleased. They worked really hard the time they were here. Overall they did really good work. I think it was the allotted time we had paid for. It was two people. They were here for like 4 hours that would be my best guess. They had prioritized the room that we wanted to do first. The bathroom and kitchen first, and the other rooms. We told them exactly what we wanted and they did exactly that. I was happy.

I have been using BR Housecleaning Services for the last three years and I am never disappointed with their work. With many cleaning services they clean well for a couple of times and then it seems as if they don't care any longer and slack off or if you want something done in a different way they take offense. With BR Housecleaning Services, even after three years of every other week cleaning, they are always doing a fantastic job and making sure I am pleased with their work. I like that I contact the owner and she makes arrangements if schedules need to be changed or slightly modified. She is extremely professional and runs a great business. Her employees are hard-working and know how to do deep-cleaning and show up when scheduled. I feel confident in highly recommending this cleaning service.

I can happily say that BR Housecleaning Services does the best job of cleaning my home that I have had for many, many years. The cleaning people that the owner uses are a breath of fresh air. They are extremely hard workers. They make my bathrooms, floors, mirrors, and appliances shine and sparkle. I can count on them being thorough every time they clean my home. They have proven themselves to be very polite, trustworthy and honest and I feel confident to have them in my home without having to be at home when they work.
