Description of Work: Had entire 2500 sq ft home cleaned before listing for sale. I only asked for a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. These ladies came into my home and cleaned every inch of it! Floors, windows, dusted, swept, mopped. They went above and beyond! Amazing job! And so reasonable. I would hire again definitely!

Description of Work: The cleaning job was excellent. The B rating is because they did not lift my furniture and this left scratches on my hardwood floors in several places. They were responsive when I told them about the scratches and offered to do whatever it took to fix it. They came over and tried to fix my floor themselves; this made me uncomfortable as I would've liked a professional floor person to fix my floors. They offered to come back as often as necessary until my floors were to my liking; however, I was not comfortable with having them attempt to fix it further (it is still damaged and doesn't match). I wish I would have asked for a professional contractor or to be reimbursed for damage instead of having them fix it (this is my fault). I am maintaining the B rating due to having to deal with the floor scratches in the first place as it was frustrating that lifting furniture was not standard practice with this service.

Description of Work: I requested estimates from three different housecleaning companies for a move out cleaning on my house before my renter moved in. Islan was the only one that wanted to do an onsite estimate and hers was the lowest, so I hired her on the spot. | |She originally told me that it would be 2 people for 4-5 hours, but at the scheduled time she arrived on time with 2 other people, explaining that she had another job that day and needed to finish my job faster. | |I was impressed with the efficiency that they got to work. I was still trying to move a few things out and Islan offered to take down the curtains and shades from one of the bedrooms, which she did quickly. | |The entire job could not have taken more than 2 hours. Islan showed me around to confirm everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was and beyond. I had forgotten to tell them not to worry about the melted plastic stain on the shower floor and they had removed all evidence of it to my surprise and delight. Everything was sparkling clean (better than I had ever been able to do, especially the stove and shower) and the house smelled great. | |I will definitely be hiring Islan and her crew when I leave the house I am currently living in.

Description of Work: This is an awesome team. Islan is totally professional and great with communicating by texting. No problems. They have been cleaning my house once a month for about a year now, after starting with a deep cleaning.

Description of Work: cleaned horribly messy kitchen with stacked encrusted dishes and utensils. there were also groceries scattered around that she found appropriate storage locations for, all while doing my laundry. the stove was a horrible greasy mess and sparkled clean after she was done. she also cleaned the bathroom, bedroom, great room, hall, dining room, she even had to pick up scattered recyclables, put them in bags and in my car. took the trash out also. she let my dog go out for his business with out my asking. that was a good thing. she of course let him back in when he needed. other than the normal sounds of cleaning, washing dishes, vacuuming, greeting my dog, the noise level was low. after she left i found little groups of coins she'd found here there and the otherplace. it was a nice calm experiance even though i'm a disabled old goat of a guy. definately i'll call her for my next cleaning. i always have her do my house. i recomend her highly for any house cleaning. by the way she speaks 5 languages. i hope that was detailed enough.

A friend recommended Islan's company to me last year. I am very honest in saying my home (3600 sq ft) has never been cleaner and smells great. I have a dog and cat so the house needs extra cleaning time. Islan really has made my life stress free. The woodwork, kitchen cabinets, carpets, air grates, wood flooring, bathrooms (3), furniture, pictures, shelving - everything is clean. I honestly do not know how she does it but she does! We are members of Angie's list, and I would not put a recommendation on the list that was false.

After meeting with multiple different people, we decided to go with Islan. This turned out to be an excellent decision! Islan came to do the initial cleaning. She cleaned all of our floors, dusted, cleaned the kitchen appliances, counters, sink, etc. and cleaned our bathrooms. She was efficient and meticulous - our place looked lovely!

Your site needs to be adjusted to accommodate such work as Islan's. She has been working for me for more than two years now, and you should have options in your question on the service date and the cost to enable reviewers to be more accurate in their responses.

Description of Work: I had been using another cleaning service for over a year and was not happy with their service. A friend recommended Br House Cleaning. I called Islan up and she came out the next day to give me an estimate. She said she usually does a deep cleaning on the first visit and for my home she recommended a biweekly cleaning. After she and a helper did the deep cleaning my home was spotless. I hardly recognized my place. She spent all day at my home and no stone was left unturned. There were even stains in my bath tub that I was not able to remove and she took care of it.
