The price of the overall jobs have not been included with his original price. Darin always submits a bill first and then once we have agreed what the project will cost we each have a copy. Again AWESOME sums this company up!

They were perfect. I have used his services before, he painted a deck. It was just him. He was very professional and friendly. He came on time and got the work done.

He did a really excellent job, and he doesn't have a lot of reports of Angie's list, but he is really good. He did everything really well, the paint was mixed perfectly. He was also quick, it only took him about three days.

Darren was referred to me by my son, for whom he had done considerable work. He recommended him highly. I called Darren, who came to meet with me within a few days. He walked the property, looked closely at my house structure and possible challenges, prepared an estimate of all work he would do, including specifics. Once I signed the estimate, we scheduled the job for three weeks later. After consulting with me on color and testing several shades on the house, Darren did the work in increments over a several-day period -- prep/repair work, undercoat, final coat, added touches. He even offered to paint two outside tables, a bench, and a tool shed with corresponding colors. And surprised me with new brass house numbers and mailbox. He was fast, punctual, honest, unobtrusive, friendly, and a perfectionist with his craft. When he left, everything was clean and in order. I called with a few tiny missed spots, which he corrected immediately. EXCELLENT, RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

This is the third time we have used this company. Darren is a good painter and works efficiently. He taped off our trim and protected our floors before painting. He applied one coat of primer and three coats of paint. When the work was complete the hallway looked fantastic. I asked Darren to do some touch-up the last day of the job and he was paid. When the touch-up dried it did not match the other wall areas. When I asked him to come back he put the blame on us because we purchased the paint. We purchased four cans of paint for the job and it only took three. When the painter did the touch-up it did not match exactly because he used paint from the fourth can. The paint manufacturer said all four cans should have been mixed together at the beginning. The problem was how the paint was handled but the painter continues to blame the manufacturer. We hired another painter to repaint the entire hallway. It looks great. Lesson learned - mix cans of paint together.

I contacted Darren to let him know that while cleaning up today that I found paint all over my hardwood floors and even on my furniture after he was here and painted my ceilings. He claimed that he didn't do it and also became very unprofessional and yelled at me on the phone, I called him back and requested a full refund for the work minus the paint. He did not call me back. I would never recommend his company to anyone, due to the poor quality of work at my home and the unprofessional behavior that I observed.

Darren arrived promptly for an estimate. The estimate was 1 of 3 secured. Cost wise, he was in the middle cost range. I picked him of 3 due to his presentation and professionalism. He arrived at the job promptly and finished in the time period as stated on his estimate. He was kind, thorough and had a keen sense to detail. The job was impeccable. I would hire him again

Darren was a big help to us. We needed the woodwork in our house fixed and he did a wonderful job. It looks brand new. He also touched up the paint outside because our other painter was not up to par. He looked around inside and out and fixed things that would earn a higher selling price because our house will be on the market soon. He was very helpful, courteous and great with children, too.

I am fairly new to the process of hiring contractors and have found myself a bit overwhelmed at times, as well as occasionally taken advantage of. From my initial contact to set up the estimate, through the completion of the job, Darren Adams was helpful, courteous and fair. When rainy weather delayed his ability to perform the work, he did a nice job of keeping me informed regarding rescheduling. Darren assisted with color selection of the stain, and I am very happy with his recommendation. He stopped by a couple of times to check the work, and even offered to come back again to assist me in moving furniture on to the deck. The hand-written "thank you" note I received when the work was complete was a nice final touch. I sometimes wonder if I will ever be able (and willing) to do the work it takes to maintain my home myself. More than likely, that answer will always be "no", so it is nice to know I have found one company I will gladly hire again should the need arise!

ADAMS CUSTOM PAINTING WAS THE ONLY COMPANY WE TALKED TO ABOUT OUR PAINTING PROJECT. WE WERE INTERESTED IN HIGH QUALITY WORK FOR OUR HISTORIC HOME. I FELT DARREN DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. WHEN ISSUES CAME UP HE PROMPTLY TOOK CARE OF THEM FOR US. HE IS COOPERATIVE AND WANTS TO PLEASE THE CLIENT THE BEST WAY HE CAN. ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 I FELT THE PAINT JOB WAS ABOUT A 9.

HE WAS A PERFECTIONIST AND HE PAID GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HE DOES A LOT OF PREP WORK BEFORE PAINT. HE ALWAYS DOES TWO COATS OF PAINT UNLIKE OTHERS THAT USE ONE COAT. HE IS VERY HONEST.
