As always, Noah is a pleasure to have work on our home. He treats your property as if it was his own. Very respectful, curious, and customer service oriented. I always ask for him by name and it'll be a shame if he ever decides to retire! We will call WJPH for all of our needs in our family.

This particular visit went well. I have used this plumbing and heating company for over 10 years. They installed the furnace, the air conditioner, and the air cleaner I have in my condo. I have been very satisfied with their work.

iThe gentleman was professional, neat and quick. He explained all the features of the new water heater and answered all my questions. I've use the company for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning issues. This company installed all the original systems in the condo and I've never had any complains.

He did all of that within two hours, and the price was reasonable. I was very thrilled. They were very good overall. I would call them again with any kind of plumbing problem.

Great service and very professional

I've used them for years for plumbing and heating issues. They are actually the people that installed these systems in my home originally. They are always on time, does good work and explain everything to me before leaving.

They are very thorough, they communicate well and I was very happy with them. They were the sub of my builder and they were the recommended sub that he had used. I had no experience with him before because they were outside Columbus geographically but they handle the Columbus area. I really did not need a lot of plumbing needs prior to this house renovation but I was very happy with them. The quality of their work was very good though they were a little pricey.

Everything was great from the estimate to the install. Ivan was quick to come out to get an estimate and was very informative and honest about the equipment he was recommending. Josh and Ivan installed the system and were very friendly an professional. They were very conscious of the fact I was working from home which requires me to be on the phone. They were very quick and made sure I had absolutely no questions before they left.

They have done any water related issues in the last forty years for me like have installed water heaters and water softeners. My mom was using them before and my whole family uses them. I call them and they come in the same day. They are always on time. They are all nice and do good work. They are great. They are on time and know what they do. Everything went well.

West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating is another good outfit. Tony Kuhns supervise the work that they did. They set everything up. They did all the drainage and all that. I don't know the bill and ndash; Tony had the whole bill. Tony probably put his bill and West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating bill together and it was one great deal. They came here it was unbelievable. They have all their jobs but Tony had to come here at noon hours to check. It was done in a week. We got one of the new once up and down pipe - it's really swift. It's a combo. There are connected. You don't want to stock. If you do want you don't want it stock. We don't like the stock once because we don't like to reach all the way up and that's what we didn't want and we got the combo. It's really nice. They were great people.

Their knowledge and professionalism is always evident and appreciated. At one point I contacted them to provide a service and they did not have the expertise to provide, however referred me to another service provider who provide the same level of professionalism and expertise I've come to expect from West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating. We will always choose to retain their services for future needs.

All when very well. A few concerns came up but Wayne listened to the concern and either provided an explanation as to why thing were done in a certain way or proposed an acceptable solution. They were great during every step in the process. I would highly recommend West Jeff Plumbing to anyone.

We've been using them for about 13 years. The thing that we like about them is they come out right away. They may have a full schedule but they really work us in when we're having a problem. We think that they're courteous and fair. They don't hike up charges just because they potentially could. They're very fair. They tell you what's going on and let you make the decision on what you want to do. If it's still not right, they'll come back right away. They took care of the problem with my furnace right away.

I have had many plumbers do work @ multiple houses and rental properties over the years. He was the most professional. He analyzed 2 problems and provided resolution: He rerouted a washing machine drain assembly which was lacking a trap to prevent sewer gas from entering the home. He also determined the source and remedy for a small amount of superficial mold in the bathroom. He was very careful and neat in everything he did.

They fit me in the schedule within 24 hours even though it wasn't an emergency. I received a phone call prior to his arrival and he came at the beginning of the time slot I was given. He checked everything over and couldn't find a problem with our AC and finally realized it was a clog in the drain and the water was coming from a back up. Even though he was an AC guy he had a drain snake on his truck and said he would attempt to unclog it himself instead of asking a plumber to make a call another day. He was able to unclog it and I was charged the regular service visit fee. He was polite and professional, I always have great service from West Jeff Heating and Cooling!

They were very punctual, explained what was going to happen and did a great job. When they opened one wall they found a very tight area that would be impossible for us to solder around and completed the task quite efficiently. They did an even better job on the other fixture as they needed to be careful to not break any tiles during the installation. They cut out just enough tile to be able to do the job, since they helped us pick a new fixture it fit perfectly.

I called around for someone to come out and give me an estimate on fixing my heat pump. I figured out the compressor was not starting up. Everything else checked out and I figured the 15 year old compressor had a locked rotor. I could get the spare compressor online for about $638 plus tax and shipping and I could put it in, but I can not do the refrigerant removal/replacement. Anyway after checking Angie's list, I called around and WJ Pand H was the only one who agreed to come out in less than two days. As the temperature that week was expected to be in the 90s, I was in need to get this fixed. Chris came at the scheduled time and in about 10 minutes found the compressor wasn't starting up and with a simple fix was able to start the compressor. He could have soaked me with a big bill ($1800) for a compressor but said he tries to save customers money whenever possible. He than ran the heat pump through a cycle and verified the system was fully charged and fixed a small leak. I have been in the service business for over 35 years and was very impressed. I know the old Lennox doesn't have many years left and WJ Pand H will be who I call for a replacement system.

It was recommended that I get a new line for the water heater. They just wanted to sell me a new water heater so I didn't go with them. They wanted to change from gas to electric and I didn't want to do that because the water heater wasn't that old. They were friendly and prompt. I would recommend them.

They were excellent. About three weeks before the new unit was to be installed our furnace went out. He stopped everything and immediately came out to make sure we would have heat. Their prices were very reasonable and they did a great job. They were clean, courteous and answered all of our questions. They were really great overall.
