These folks are top-notch! We are building a house, on our own, so we have dealt with a lot of different companies and contractors, and West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating sets the standard.... really.... Do what you say, when you say it, at the agreed price, and do it correctly.... Sooooo many companies do not (way too many); WSJ is the company you want doing all of your plumbing and AC and/or Furnace work. They did an excellent job with our Lennox Furnaces and AC (we needed 2 complete systems)..... Pricing was good, work was excellent, response was awesome, communication was great! Can't say enough about how happy we are with this work, and having found West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating.

We have a fuel oil furnace and not many companies service them. Discovered WJ H&C did, Jason one of the service guys has been our guy now for a few years. He is very personable, great customer service and knows how to service our kind of furnace. Everyone else we have talked to on the phone from his office has been very nice. Will continue to use this company for future needs.

I was actually sent to them from another heating business in Grove City. Nice to know some business help each other. Andy is whom I talked to when I called, very professional and helpful. Hard to find many that service fuel oil heating. Jason was the serviceman, nice guy, welcomed me to watch his work. I appreciated that, a guy our oil company recommended we used once a year ago. Not friendly and actually grumpy, so not wanting that back in my house. I would use West Jeff Heating again. Nice people and decent cost.

The installers were here about 6 hours. The job went smoothly. When they had gone, I could not tell that such a lot of work had occurred in my basement. It was very clean.

I've used them for years. They did a really good job. They fixed damages to the A/C unit including removing the old damaged base, installing a new one, lifting and leveling the unit. They said I was a little low of coolant. They check to insure it was in proper running order and to call them if there were any problems.

I really like the technician. He was really good. He didn't come out looking to sell a new unit, just inspect and work towards fix the current problem.

The work was done quickly and done right. You can't even see where the connections were made from an inside closet to the patio.

He did a fine job with everything. The leaky faucet was pretty bad and was able to take care of it. He was pleasant and professional. This was the first time I've used this company and we'll be using them again in the future if need be. I would recommend them to others.

They have done a lot of work for us. We have had some problems with them, but we have called them and they have always resolved them. They are good overall. They are pretty quick about coming out.

They are very reliable and do good work. Their prices seem fair.

We have a contract with them, they come out and check our heating and air. We've been using them since we moved to this area. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and come out when we need them. They could be a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

I've used this company for fall furnace inspection and even when I have plumbing issues they're usually there even before I get home.

I don't see anything they could improve on the guys do a good job when they come out check the air conditioner and the furnace in the fall to make sure it's working right and they tune it all up and put new filters in it and all that stuff they do a good job on it.

We bought a dishwasher and asked West Jefferson Plumbing to install it and pull out the existing, broken dishwasher. At some point, a tile floor was added on top of the old floor which created a lip or small shelf. We didn't know that until we tried removing the old dishwasher. We called West Jeff Plumbing knowing they have the experience and the tools to get the job done. The plumber ended up cutting off the legs of the old dishwasher to get it out. After that, the installation of the new dishwasher went fast. They are polite and arrived on time.

Very well, the installer was very professional, and did a good job explaining what he was doing, cleaned up after the install. i'd never used them before, but they were very good. .

The company cleaned up all the water and their mess. "They could not have been nicer". Went beyond the call of duty and were pleasant as well. Arrived in under 30 minutes.

They came immediately and do whatever they can to make me happy. I didn't like the flush handle, and they made an effort to show me other options. They are good quality people.

I have been a home owner for 45 years and have had a multitude things repaired and renovated during that time . NEVER have I been treated as rudely and unprofessionally by a serviceman!!!! From the time I opened the front door he asked me to shovel the front porch while. I was not compliant as it was still snowing. During the 3 hours he was here, he ask me for buckets, plastic sheets, a step stool ,towels, and better lighting. In attempting to move a heavy floor lamp he watched me struggle to move it , and didn't offer to help. Not to mention the fact that the things he needed me to get him he should have had on his truck. He barked out orders to me from the basement to the main floor to repeatedly telling me to turn all my faucets on and off (4 times) I ask him for an estimate a of the job and he rudely said he had no idea. ,and ask again and was told he had to go out in his truck to figure it out ! He put on a new valve without asking. Not a big deal, but showing his absence of communication skills. Then, after the pipe was repaired he could not figure out how to get the ice maker to operate which I was told the technician would be able to do when the leak was repaired. So , without having the knowledge to install it, he left, after speaking quite rudely to my husband on the phone. There is NO REASON to ever have a service man who is this outrageously rude and demanding to a customer ! Following this, my husband spoke to the owner of West Jefferson Plumbing who was unwilling to even apologize to me. This is the poorest customer service I have ever had. I had to call someplace else and pay to have the ice maker installed., So, actually the work was not completed/
