+ 0 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THEY WERE ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I DIDN'T THINK THEY WERE CHARGING A TRAVEL FEE, BUT THEY CHARGED ME $32 TO COME OUT TO MY AREA, 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF COLUMBUS.
Description of Work: THEY DID SOME PLUMBING WORK FOR ME. I BOUGHT A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL FROM THEM AND THEY INSTALLED IT. THEY ALSO ATTACHED SOME PRE-PURCHASED HOSES FOR MY WASHING MACHINE. THEY ALSO CAME OUT TO DO A ROUTINE CHECK ON MY FURNACE AND DUCTWORK FOR WINTER. ($95).

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY INSTALLED THE FAUCETS ONE WAS DIFFERENT. BOB SAID HE WOULD REPLACE THE HANDLES AT NO CHARGE. TURNS OUT THAT I ENDED UP LIKING THE HANDLE THAT WAS INCORRECT AND HE SAID THERE WOULD BE NO EXTRA CHARGE. THE TWO FAUCETS WERE THE SAME EXCEPT FOR THE HANDLES.
