Description of Work: Tri-county plumbing was contracted to replace all the potentially faulty polybutylene plumbing in my home (and outside as well). After the job was completed, the home leaked in every imaginable location, and still has problems to this day. Video tape footage can be provided upon request.

 + -1 moreCompany installed a new A/C and heat pump. Our A/C broke during a heat wave of 100 degree weather. Someone came out within 24 hours to give us a proposal, and had the work done within one day of our signing a contract. We have 2 other companies come out to give us quotes, one of which we had been using for over 10 years. Todd beat all the prices and saved us over $3,000.00 for the same equipment. The workers cleaned up after the job, were friendly and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Company installed a new A/C and heat pump and moved our air return intakes up from the bottom of the wall up towards the ceiling.

 + -1 moreWhen we first called, they were ready to come out and make temporary repairs immediately. We scheduled a later time for the whole job. They were about an hour late because they were missing a part. They went right to work, but had to halt for about an hour because a part broke and they had to get a new one. They also recommended putting in a new shutoff valve that was needed. They were very carefully while inside the house, thoroughly tested the water line, and cleaned things up very well. Outside, they refilled the hole and returned the sod to the lawn. We were very pleased and relieved to have the problem repaired before Winter.
Description of Work: Our black plastic water line, 1976-2008, from our meter to our house had a small drip that was leaking into our basement. It was so small that it didn't register on the water meter, but there had been no rain for weeks so the water line was the obvious source. Several neighbors who had had the problem, but with Blue Max plastic, recommended Tri-County. Tri-County has a proprietary process where they dig up only a small part of the lawn near the water meter and pull a copper pipe thru the old line, providing the same water flow. They are priced less and cause less damage to the lawn than typical. Compared to plastic, copper lasts indefinitely.

 + 1 moreI liked everything about them. I had contacted another company and the quote that they gave us was over 3 times as much as Tri-County gave us. Tri-County used a trenchless system so there's a only a small hole in the yard and they replaced the sod. The people were extremely professional. They also did a great job of clean up. Whenever I got a hold of them they had someone out within 40 minutes. They also hooked up a hose into my house so I could have water temporarily while they were working on it. A+!!!
Description of Work: They replaced a blue max pipe and they sealed our foundation in the basement and they installed a sump pump.

Description of Work: I was having trouble with the sump pump in my basement. It got to the point where it was running continuously and when it ran, there was water pouring down both downspouts, which means the downspout line out to the street was blocked. They came out and looked at it and saw that it was blocked. They identified that the sump pump itself was shot, it had been used for about 16-17 years. They installed a new one that I already had. They dug up my ground and found that the drainpipes had collapsed and/or plugged with dirt and leaves. They replaced the pipe.

 + -1 moreOriginal call was to service AC but upon inspection determined that the age of the unit and the cost to repair was not worth the investment. Also recommended the furnace be replaced due to improper and unsafe installation of existing unit. They came the same day as I called for service and began installation of the new units the very next day. Did have an issue with the thermostat being wired wrong but they came right back out to take care of it.
Description of Work: New Furnace and Air conditioner purchase and installation.

HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND INFORMATIVE. MY FURNACE WAS MAINTENANCED. HE ALSO LOOKED AT MY WATER HEATER, HUMIDIFIER AND THE PLUMBING PROBLEM AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANY OF THAT. ALL I PAID FOR WAS A SERVICE CONTRACT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
