The repairman came at the appointed time, was courteous and was able to determine the cause of the problem. He then fixed it and we have had no problem since.

Joe was the mechanic: Professional and courteous explained that he can't force the ice bin out as it may crack = $ 200 dollars. Luckily the ice bin popped out easy checked and confirmed ALL the previous fixes done under warranty ; did not up sell anything!!. cleaned out all the ice , asked for towels and kept the kitchen floor as dry as possible. put everything back lets us how long this fix lasts: Very satisfied with technician workmanship: I will say it again: Samsung should focus on making televisions; Refrigerators just do not seem to be there forte

The repairman was extremely knowledgeable. Based on the information the receptionist requested over the phone, he already had some ideas of what the problem could be. He quickly diagnosed the problem, remedied it, and provided us with information on how to use the washer more efficiently. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Rippe brothers again.

Repairman used steam to melt ice and ultimately he was able to dislodge the Ice Tray. He did a great job! He has significant experience.

I called twice, once on Saturday and once on Monday. Both times went to voice mail, I left a message stating my issue and left contact information. Never got a return call. Not sure if they are still in business or just don't care about new customers. In any case, I went to another repair firm

I called my old repairman and to my surprise the number went to Rippe’s..the person who answered the phone said can you hold and I said sure...no one ever came back so I tried again and I got the same response to hold..I was on hold for 10 minutes and hung up..I tried again a few minutes later and got a vm so I left a message..never got a call back so I called the next day and she answered can you hold again and I tried to tell her I was on hold for 10 minutes the day before and she just said we’re busy..obviously way too busy for my business!

Great! As it turned out, I had managed to accomplish about 85% of the job myself but didn't know it. The repairman managed to complete it by installing the needed part which he supplied. His call was discounted. We were both very pleased with the results. I don't recall the total amount of the transaction as hit was some weeks ago.

All of the sensors were tested. The control board had a bad solder connection. Repairman resoldered connection and refrigerator works now. Saved money by not buying new control board.

Tech replaced a part and it worked for 1 day. He came back on my next off day and refunded us for the first trip. I will be using the same company in the future.

Joe got caught on another job and was late, which would have been fine, but they didn’t let me know until an hour after the end of my time frame (12:30-2:00–didn’t call to let me know they were running late till 3 and didn’t get there till 4) It would have been nice to know that they were going to be late but still coming if they’d let me know at some point between 12:30-2:00. Joe did an excellent job assessing the issue and even cleaned out the vent. He wasn’t sure it was the timer since he was able to get it to work and didn’t want me to spend the money replacing it if he wasn’t sure that was the problem. So we left it with the plan to wait and see if it would need a timer in the future. I was very pleased that he was concerned about me spending the money if I didn’t have to.

The technician pointed out that the part was under warranty and we could have the appliance company replace the parts for free.

It went great. A technician was available came within 2 days of my call. The technician was on time, friendly and courteous. He corrected the problem quickly and cleaned up everything.

Mike arrived exactly as promised, less than an hour after we called Rippe desperately in need of assistance. He was professional, friendly, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He worked quickly and had the fridge up and working in “like new” condition within fifteen minutes of his arrival. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend.

I called at noon on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Mike called me to let me know he would arrive at 2pm (the window I had been given was 2pm-4pm), and was prompt and professional. He fixed the problem and even complemented me on my house being clean; quite frankly that made my day and was worth the $149 alone. :)

Spoke to a person who scheduled a convenient time for our appointment. She asked for the dryer model number and told me were to look for it. The service tech texted his arrival time and was at our home on time. He had the parts and made the repairs and explained the problem. Quick, clean and professional. Preparation before the service call and excellent service make Rippe Brothers our "go to" appliance repair company.

Joe arrived earlier than expected. Very friendly and to work taking the dryer apart right away. Discovered that the belt was broken. He got his vacuum cleaner out and not only cleaned the immediate area where he had been working but cleaned all the way over to the door and over to the drying rack. Joe talked with be the entire time about what he was doing and about dryers in general. I would highly recommend Rippe Brothers to family, friends, and neighbors. In fact the next time I have to call Rippe Brothers I WILL DEFINITELY REQUEST JOE!!!

He was very brusque in his manner, immediately emptying all the food out of my freezer and said I had too much food on the freezer that's why the ice maker was not working properly. I throw out a lot of food then he charged me over 100. It was not fixed on the first trip so he came out a few days later. The timer needs to be reset. I had another person come out and said the filter of the refrigerator was not cleaned and still not freezing properly.
