Arrived in the time frame stated. Listen to what I knew of the problem. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Had the part needed in the van. It was up and running in maybe 40 minutes. I felt the price was fair.

My dishwasher needed repair and the appliance repair technicians were so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. It did take two visits to complete the repair due to an inventory issue but in general, the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner.

The Rrippe Bros Company was right on time with notification 10-20 minutes prior to arriving. Servce technicians were very knowledgeable, accurate in determining the problem and correcting it. They are up-to-date on taking credit card or check payment at end of the appointment. Courteous and prompt. The repair technician arrived on time. He fixed the refrigerator problem and explained clearly the problem. I asked the technician to look at the dishwasher which was not on the original request and he graciously examined the problem and made repairs. The technician was friendly and and courteous. The price was very reasonable.

Very efficient, came when they said they were on their way, Cliff was polite, and explained what the problem was with my fridge door and not working properly ice maker. Why did I wait so long for a repair that was such an easy fix (for the repair person) I wont watch anymore You tube videos to try and fix something my self.

Kristen was great about setting up my service call and working around my business office schedule for same day service. Craig H was fantastic. Explained the issue and let me know my options for moving forward. I was also able to take care of paying my bill while he was on site and wrapping everything up.
