Nothing in business is more important than honesty. Cliff analyzed our dishwasher issue then gave us a quote to fix it versus cost to replace. This made it easier for us to make a sound financial decision. He fixed the disposal too! If only everyone operated their business this way!

I am sooo impressed with this company and their associates. Called on Monday, got an appointment for Tuesday (the very next day), the repairman arrived before the agreed to time (they called to see if it was ok for him to be early). EARLY??? Wow, THAT never happens. The repairman was so great — efficient, fast, clean, explained what had happened and how he would fix it. He needed a part (which he had on the truck - and it turned out to be. VERY inexpensive). I could not be more pleased with this experience! Please call this company for any appliance repair - you will not be sorry!!

Perfect. Joe came out right on time. Explained the issue and replaced the faulty part. Vacuumed out under the fridge and cleaned up everything. Fair price and great people.

We had a Rippe technician out to fix the drying sensor on our Samsung dryer. He was not able to solve the problem. He told us we needed to get the dryer vent duct cleaned. We did so, but that didn't solve the problem. So we complained and they sent out a different technician who was more knowledgable about how to fix this problem. He solved it at no additional cost and told me how to fix it easily if it ever happens again. We are VERY happy that Rippe stood behind their work and ultimately got it right. Only wish that the second technician came out first.

Repair request was sched within 24 hrs. Repairman was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and completed repair in reasonable time. We would definitely use Rippe Appliance Repair again and recommend to others!

Excellent! Setting up the appointment was easy and they gave good advice on whether to proceed with the repair or to look at moving on to a new refrigerator. We chose to schedule the appointment and it worked out great. Cliff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did the repair quickly and at a very fair price. Great company with great people.

He was on time and very nice. He explained what was wrong with my dryer. Gave me an estimate before he left my house.

Great! Fixed a stuck relay. Cost me less than $100; Sears wanted $280 just to come out! Was honest that this problem might come back, and a new control panel would be needed. But worth taking the chance. And if they come back for the same problem they won't charge another service call.

It went well. Found out what the problem was but, because of warranty, has to be repaired by LG.

It went very well. The repair man came a little early which was good and quickly diagnosed and repaired my freezer. The service call luckily was same day and the price was better than expected. This is not usually the case in an emergency.

Ken was excellent. He was even a few minutes early. Great communication from Rippe brothers and Ken. They let me know he was in route to my home as well and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend.

Cliff was great. Knew what he was doing. He was careful not to damage surrounding cabinets and floors in a confined space. Didn’t take him long.

No issues. Service guy was on time and very friendly and professional. I thought the cost was reasonable outside of the actual replacement parts cost which isn't controlled by Rippe.

Would not recommend. Wish I never called them. Charged $, did not fix appliance at all, and 'absolutely no refund': Had out to fix refrigerator, told it was fixed, charged $206.42, and told it may take 24 hours to start working. Came out again the next day after 24 hours because still wasn't working. Once again unable to fix and left us with a mess to clean up on the floor. Called back and was told 'There's nothing we can do at this point and ABSOLUTELY no refunds. I know it stinks you're out that $ but it's our office policy of no refunds. Need to just buy a new one' I said 'couple hundred bucks isn't a big deal, but just as a sign of good faith can you do any type of partial refund? I don't care how small. It would just be a sign of good faith.' The response was 'Sorry, we just don't do refunds'

Company never responded to my request for service

According to company, "only one tech who works on Bosch and you are outside his service area." They could not provide service to Hyde park Mt Lookout in Cincinnati. Too bad...could have had a new customer.

Had to order a part. Will install next week.

The technician tried and tried to replicate the awful noise my machine had been making. He patiently evaluated all the moving parts, and even showed me things inside my machine (motor, etc). He gave me solutions for other washing machine issues (venting indoors, a broken knob) that were not part of my reasons for calling them! Technician was on time, polite, patient, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Rippe Brothers.

Rippe Brothers was able to send a repairman out the same day! Joe V arrived within his scheduled window and was such a nice man. He diagnosed the problem and performed the repairs quickly, saving Thanksgiving!! No need for a new refrigerator!!
