Description of Work: Water line had dry rotted and broke. Replaced.

Description of Work: The tech diagnosed the problem with my dryer but did not have the part, so he wrote the part number down and suggested I replace it myself. It was faster and cheaper but I was expecting him to just fix it.

Description of Work: They were able to fit me in the day I called with our refrigerator not cooling. Mike was excellent. A part needed to be ordered and he worked with us on coming after his hours to get it installed. A spring was broken on the door and was not an easy replacement. Will call them first when needed again. Very, very pleased!

Description of Work: My washer was leaking around the filter. I e-mailed on Sunday evening and got a reply first thing Monday morning that they could come that day. they were there by 11:30 and fixed my problem and even did diagnostics to see if there was any other potential issues. Very professional. This is the 2nd time I've used them and would use them again.

Description of Work: The dryer was making noise that dryers shouldn't make. He replaced what was causing the problem and now it works again. He was professional and came right on time. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced the igniter/mother board for my oven/stove. This took 2 trips to accomplish. First the problem was diagnosed and then the part had to be ordered. On the second trip the part was replaced and it fixed the oven. Overall it was a good enough experience and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Rippe Brothers does very good work. They installed a new drain motor on our dishwasher as well as unplug all the hoses. Very happy with the experience and would recommend them.

Description of Work: We have an electric range/oven and put it through an oven self-cleaning cycle. AT the end of it the auto-door lock would not release. I consider my self quite handy and normally would tackle this myself. For various reasons however I had Rippe Bros take care of it. They were timely, professional and replaced the faulty door-lock mechanism. They did have to make a second trip to install however as they did not carry that part in inventory. |No hesitancy in recommending them to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced faulty door switch on washer and broken light switch in fridge. He had both parts, arrived when promised and worked quickly. Very professional. The price is a bit higher than others but well worth it. Highly recommend if your appliance is not running correctly.
