Description of Work: They sent two technicians to disassemble a stackable washer and dryer. They prepared both appliances to be moved into storage During a home renovation. They were very nice, and gave good advice. I will call them again when renovation is done. To but all back together again.

Description of Work: The gentleman who repaired my leaky new refrigerator was knowledgeable and persistent. He explained the problem was a bad design, and he rigged a solution. No more puddles on my hardwood floor!

When I had to call them back for a new leak related to the ice maker (caused by unnoted water line issue which was likely aggravated by moving the freezer during their first visit) they did not charge a return trip fee.

Description of Work: Rippe Brothers fixed our gas oven. It would not light. I called in the morning and they were able to come the same day, in the early evening. Our repairman was a few minutes early, so we invited him in. He had the part on the truck, fixed the oven quickly, and cleaned up everything, including some nasty dust and dirt under the oven.

Description of Work: Service call for Kenmore front loader washing machine that quit operating. I needed to know if it was repairable or time to buy a new one. The repairman was very up front and within 15 minutes advised that he could repair it but it would cost as much or more than buying a new one based on the damage he could see. The Rippe repairman was professionally dressed for the job, was respectful and took the time to listen to and answer all of my questions, was very polite and was not only on time, he was a few minutes early!

Description of Work: Older refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling.While I thought that maybe the compressor had burned-out, they quickly determined the problem (actuator switch?) and had it "up and running" again within an hour. Technician was also very personable and professional.Rippe is definitely at the top of my list to use again in the future when appliance repair services are needed.
