Description of Work: I bought the $75 angies list coupon (worth $85), but they said the diagnostic was really only $69....anyway, they fixed the brackets that hold the springs on my dishwasher door. They didn't have the part & had to leave for about 20 min. to go get it. There was a $5.oo gas charge for the trip to get the part. The door is fixed & works properly now. There was a bit of a hassle with the coupon, but in the end it was accepted & I felt I paid a fair price.

Description of Work: Changed inner rubber seal. I had made machine totally off balance and walking. Took a while, but I did it so I can't complain.

Description of Work: They had to change out my ice maker and clean the coil on my refrigerator. They forgot to turn it on and for 24 hours we had no ice until they came back the next day. Honest mistake but overall good guys, very professional.

Description of Work: They fix a plastic pipe on the washer machine that was leaking. The problem was fixed. But what they didn't saw at that time was that the concrete drum on the washer was cracked and we eventually had to change the washer after a month because the crack turned into a broken drum.

Description of Work: Had a 4-6PM appointment today and they No Cal-No Show after I got off work 3 hours early which cost me $85.00

Description of Work: I called his morning at 8:00 am to request service on a refrigerator freezer and left a message, per their voice mail, to have them call back. After waiting until 10:30 am I called back and reached a service representative. She informed me that they had not gotten around to reviewing their voice mail requests for service yet. She stated that they were currently booking service starting with July 11th Wednesday. Due to their busy workload I decided I could't count on them and have moved on to an alternative service company. Surprised that they do not return calls more promptly and that they do not state the lead time for service in their voice mail.

Description of Work: Had a grinding noise in diswasher that sounded like a motor going out. After taking it apart serviceman found debree in screen that could have caused the noise. Guess it worked because noise has not returned. He cleaned all parts to make sure it would not return.
