I tried this service with an Angie's list coupon - but will definitely have them come the next time I need carpet cleaning- did an amazing job. My carpets never looked better! He was thorough and very professional. Everything was as promised.

It was great. It was wonderful. They did a good job. There was only one guy to come out. They left the area neat and clean.

GREAT job! Tech was very professional, polite, and careful. Took time to explain all available services and afterwards left info on how best to clean up pet stains and explained warranty. Carpets were dry in a few hours. This company is more expensive than others I've used but they did a top-notch job. (You get what you pay for.) I paid $200 plus the $99 coupon for services rendered.

It went very well. Very professional, and explained procedure ok. Not sure about "chemical" cleaning versus mostly water, but carpet looks really clean and smells great. Took out urine stains from dogs. The great thing about this type of cleaning is that it doesn't take long to dry - about 2 hours. One thing that I would like to have had done is for the edges of the carpet against the walls to be cleaned. That would take smaller tools, I'm sure. I would recommend this place, and I would do it again. I had the $99 Angie's List 800 sq ft of cleaning, plus I added urine extraction and protection.

This was fine. They were very quick to respond they set it right away and they did a good job. It was very convenient.

One of the carpets seemed stained more intensely after the cleaning instead of getting less dark, it was very dark afterwards.

It was a great experience. Brandon explain everything in detail. He did tell me about additional services they offered but didn't try to upsell me on any of them. I did buy the treatment that got rid of pet urine odor. The carpets look great and smell clean. The 3 areas only took just over an hour. I will definitely use again.

He did a good job. He was very personable and took care of all my furniture. I was very happy with it. I used a groupon. Using the groupon, the price was an A definitely, but I think they were reasonable. They accomplished what I wanted. I got my carpets cleaned. One person came out to do the job.

I would give them an A on price, that's why we probably hired them. They were very good as I recall. I was very pleased. They were right on time. They moved the furniture and they did a great job. The workers were very pleasant, very polite, very professional.

He arrived right on time. Was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. It only took a couple of hours and he was very informative on how to upkeep our carpets between cleanings. The technician payed great attention to our problem areas from the pets and gave me a sample of their spot treatment which works great for pet accidents! The carpet dried a lot quicker than any other carpet cleaner we've used which was great so we could get back to our normal routine. We recommended them to our neighbors and they had nothing but great things to say about them too. I would definitely hire them again!

Safe-Dry has provided us with Pet Care solutions. We have had some issues with an aging cat who has made a mess in our family room. Safe-Dry has come out and cleaned the carpets as well as used an Enzyme cleaner to get rid of the smell. Safe-Dry has also been there to clean up after the day-to-day traffic of our family. Spilled milk, dirty feet, you name it - Safe-Dry has been able to alleviate the problems and leave us with a spot-free carpet that I can let my little ones play and crawl on almost right away. Lastly, I've even had them help out with some upholstery cleaning. I was able to call and have someone out quickly - it saved me from having to buy a slip cover or a new couch in general. I would recommend Safe-Dry to anyone looking for a safe way to clean their carpets, tile, and upholstery any time!
