Description of Work: Repair laptop computer. They checked for the problem and called to let me know that they had to order parts and gave an estimate of 5 days for the parts to arrive. Not only did the parts arrive but they also finished the repair within that time frame. Great place for computer repair.

+ -1 moreThese guys are great! They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me 2 estimates for repair; one to stay the same, one to upgrade to DVD burner. Also showed me a short cut way to get it open without repair. They didn't charge me to educate me. They will get all my computer biz from now on.

+ -1 moreThey gave me advice rather than have me come in and waste time and money they recommended that I call the manufacturer. As it turned out the manufacturer had issued a warranty repair, so I went to an authorized repair shop and it was fixed for free. I will use them in the future.

+ -1 moreI dropped off the PC on 11/22 and advised no rush to repair, as I would be out of town. Their policy is to automatically repair PCs if the repair will be below a certain $ amount. This concerned me when I read it on the contract, but Matthew assured me that it was probably a software issue, and therefore would probably be below this threshold. This is exactly what happened as my PC was repaired for less than $100.00 and was ready for pick up on 11/30.
