The service turned out great. They were very prompt.

We got several quotes from different companies. This was the best deal. They were also extremely responsive to our questions, and patient with our decision process. They worked well and quickly, and the people doing the work were very responsible and responsive to questions. They worked hard to make it fit our needs. We absolutely love the end product.

(See preceding answer.) From first contact to finish, the company was always responsive to any questions or concerns. The finished work is attractive and was completed in a timely fashion.

It was a free estimate. We felt he did a very good job in terms of giving us a quote and so on. We didn’t even do the work right at that time, but we did it a year later. The reason we didn’t use them was just price. It was a little more than what another provider offered.

I gave them a $10,000 down payment. Steve Bell was the project manager. They did a very good job and it didn't take very long. There was a small problem with the HVAC unit, but it was taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend them. The looks were similar to other companies without having to pay their prices.

I spent probably between $20000 and $25000. I had discussions with them probably for almost three months before I decided to go with them. I went to every major company. I went to their showroom and even to their manufacturing areas. Some of the companies showed me the construction materials they were using. Patio Enclosures had a pretty good structure and had husky building materials. I thought they did really good work. The door that they installed for my mother wasn’t a standard sized door. They didn’t charge us very much for installing the screen door. They charged $250 to hang the door. They were nice and seemed to do a good job. The product seems to be pretty good. One of the things that I like is that it has very husky window locks which some people may not like because they may think it looks too chunky. I like the heavier locking mechanism on all the windows from the security standpoint. I felt very good about their system and we haven’t had any leaks. They also had a really good crew that came out to measure and install. They had a subcontractor who was an electrician to do the wiring. They also arranged for the permit inspections. Somebody from the city had to come out and inspect it. We did negotiate on the price and it didn’t start quite as low as we ended up. Their responsiveness was very good. It took a few weeks for them to build the deck and get everything put together. I think it took about 10 days from start to finish and then we had a sunroom. I would use their services in the future too.

We bought a house in 3/10 that had a patio room built by Patio Enclosures. In 2/11 we requested a service call. We had to call back twice over a two-week period because no one called us back to schedule it. When they did finally schedule a call, their rep made it clear they did not want the work. It was their busy time because of the Home & Garden Show, and the rep did not like the way a previous repair had been done. . The bill was $125.00.

It turned out well and we were happy with it. It is a small local company and all the materials are made here. They knew what they were doing and it wasn't farmed out to somebody that didn't know what they were doing. They came when they said they would come. They said it would take 2 1/2 days and that is how long it took.

Overall, the experience went very well. When I first contacted them, I was impressed that they showed me all of the electrical work & how it was up to code and explained all of that to me, which I appreciated. Also, a few months ago, I had a water leak. They came out and fixed it (re-did an entire area), at no charge. I wasn't expecting that! I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them.

I got two other estimates besides Patio Enclosures. The salesman from Patio Enclosures, Steve Bell, who came to my house for the estimate and presentation, did such a great job and was so thorough that I knew right then and there Patio Enclosures would do a great job and give me the type of screened-in-porch I wanted. After the permits were obtained, Steve Eickelberger came and tore the old-worn out porch down. He and another worker built the new screened-in-porch. It looks fantastic and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Steve E. did a great job. He was very approachable and very professional. Everyone in the neighborhood has commented on how nice the new porch looks and what an improvement it is.

It seemed to be a delayed project, but they were nice and explained everything to me about the process and install. When I had any issues they addressed them immediately.

Just superb. They checked to make sure that there was no leak on the original foundation before putting the new one on. They were done on time. The people doing the project were very courteous. I am very pleased with there work. I am delighted. This is my second experience with them and both times I am thrilled.

One of the panel windows had become stuck open after our teenage son decided the sun room needed air. Their service man was kind and gave us some hints on keeping the paneling from sticking again. We appreciated his professionalism and not laughing at us for being unable to fix the problem ourselves.

Salesman helped me to stay within my budget with a few shortcuts. Company graciously gave me credit for removing my own porch awning. Construction went smooth, especially workman constructing the gable (extremely talented, creative, and punctual). Construction mess was conscientiously cleaned up always. Workmen and inspectors took pride in their work. Salesman put the immovable door in the wrong place in the plan that was blocking the stairway and customer didn't notice. I expected more expertise from him to avoid such mistakes. Compromise was reached for company to widen concrete stair allowing entry/access via neighboring movable door. After all was finished, company sent final co. inspector for details. I had to ask him for cleaning and maintenance info. Electric contractor patiently went through 2 inspections, not his fault. Wall cool/heat unit installer per contract. Done! Took about 3 months from contract sign to finish.

THEY ARE A VERY NICE GROUP OF PEOPLE, AND THEY ARE METICULOUS. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL OF THE RESULTS.

WE LOVE IT AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. NEGATIVE: OUR PORCH IS NOT LEVEL, SO INTERIOR FRAME OF WINDOWS HAD TO BE TRIMMED. THEY WERE TRIMMED UNEVENLY, WITH ROUGH, RAGGED EDGES.

FOR THE MOST PART, WE HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE ADDITION OF THE PATIO ROOM. AT FIRST, THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM AS TO GETTING THE CONTRACTOR OUT TO CHECK AND SEE WHY WE WERE GETTING AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF FLIES WITHIN THE ROOM, AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS AN OPENING EXISTING ALLOWING THE FLIES TO GET IN. WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT THEY COULD HAVE SUPPLIED THE BLINDS,AND WE CONTRACTED WITH ANOTHER FIRM TO SUPPLY WINDOW BLINDS AFTER COMPLETION. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEM AND SAVED US PROBABLY SOME MONEY AND DEFINITLY TIME.
