Removal and installation went smoothly, however within a few months we had a leak in the roofing system. They came and repaired it, but later we had another leak this time where the room meets the house, and again they came and repaired it. In the past 2 weeks we have had a leak that had soaked the wall between the room and the house every time it rains and for them to come out to look at it cost $250. because the guarantee is only for 2 years and we have had the room nearly 3. Now because of not enough flashing used, our wall is ruined and they want nearly $800. to start the repair on the roof. They can no longer get the wall material, so we are living with a stained, ruined wall and damage to the electric that is in the wall. That 2 year guarantee was never mentioned, but is in the contract. Shabby treatment for people who have purchased not one room but two from this company. They are not someone who I would ever recommend again.

I had been shopping for someone to enclose our front porch area for several years. I was impressed with how much the sales rep at the Home and Garden show knew about the actual construction that would be needed to do our job correctly. His estimates regarding the installation were right on the money when the work crew came out to take measurements. The materials were all high quality and the installation was meticulous, thorough, and clean, with the job site being left with no debris or even any evidence they had been there except for a great new enclosed porch. We could not be happier.

Patio Enclosures wanted $13,000 more than another construction company. Patio Enclosures priced a 3 season pre fabricated sunroom. We decided to go with a true built from scratch room addition from another company with 6 huge windows and 2 vertical skylight windows. Also included is a 9 ft. break thru of the existing wall to the new room. Patio Enclosures did not include a break thru. We would have had to enter it from the existing door to the deck. Also, the room will use the existing heating and air conditioning. Patio Enclosures wanted to give us a noisy window unit for the heating and air conditioning. Since it is a true room addition, the square footage can be legally added to the home’s total square footage, unlike that from a 3 season pre fab room. Pictures of Patio Enclosures work look very good, but a 3 season room for $13,000 more than a 4 season true addition with much more to it is no comparison!

It took quite a while to have the insurance company agree to the project. The solarium was custom made and the factory was busy working on other orders. Once it was manufactured it was installed with experienced and quality men.

They completed the job. They did a good. We were very pleased. Good quality, we were very pleased with the work. I think it took us 2 months from when we commenced the order to when they completed the order. The communication was good. They did excellent on cleaning up after themselves.

John, Joe, Darnell and all the others were outstanding professionals who were respectful, courteous and friendly. They provided outstanding workmanship with great attention to detail from the groundbreaking to cleanup. An absolutely great job for you and for us! Thank you so much!

We decided to wait before having work done.

I went online looking for a company that can build patio, I fill out a form online for someone to call my husband, we were going to pay cash, but the person who call my husband told him that they do not have any certified concrete slab builder for our area. I think if they do not have anyone in Mount Sterling Kentucky 40353, at less put it on your website to let people know, and we do not have to waste our time.

Fabulous work. A few minor issues that were corrected promptly. Love you guys. Looking for some siding and windows next.

It went great. They were friendly and competent when we met them. They were not salesmen which we had met plenty of. They were professional throughout the entire experience. The did a phenomenal job and it is the happiest room in our house!

They were wonderful to work with. The product was very good and what we wanted. There was a very competent sales person. The guys who came out to do the work were great. They did the work in about 3-4 weeks, which was the time frame we were given. They were clean and polite too. We also had hail damage done by a storm about 9 months later. They had to redue the roof and screens. They were very good about working with the other contractors too.

They did this about 5-6 years ago. The timing was fine. They were in and out and did the job quickly. They did a very good job. They were courteous as well.

That turned out great. The guys were nice. When I had a problem with a pain of glass and they sent that back to get a new one. They took care of everything.

Excellent all around! Friendly, insightful, thorough sales rep came to house within a day of us requesting an estimate. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and generated ideas with us. We knew immediately he knew what he was talking about and he was an absolute pleasure. He even drove back over to our home on a Sunday when I changed my mind about which portion of the deck I wanted to cover! He also arranged our same as cash financing during his visit. Final measurements were taken a few weeks later, and then materials were ordered. Materials arrived about a month later, and the entire room was completed within the next week. In fact, they completed it while we were on vacation without access to our home! It was the best homecoming! From start to finish, the project took about 2 months-- exactly what they said it would. We LOVE our new sunroom.

Bottom line: They are professionals that do good work. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if needed for any size project. They weren't the cheapest bid, but you get what you pay for. In this case, I paid for satisfaction. Pro's: * Salesmen and project managers were confident and knowledgeable. (I must have had 10 other companies give me estimates, these guys didn't bat an eye at my semi-complicated project. I felt way more confident hiring them than the other 9.) * Workers were courteous, professional, and dedicated to keeping my property clean. * They built temporary walls to support the structure and enclosed them in plastic to keep dust to a minimum level. * They were more than willing to work with any concerns or changes to the job that I had. Cons: * The job didn't start within the 4 - 6 week range that I was promised. After 8 weeks I called to find out the reason for the delay, the job started less than a week after that. I got the feeling it would have been longer had I not called. * On the last day of the job (Thursday - the day before July 4th) the installer talked me into allowing him to leave a debris pile until the following Monday. Here I had this beautiful, badly needed window, in a room that was always so dark and drab, and for the first 4 days I had to look at this ugly pile of garbage so that the workers could leave at 4pm on Thursday. I finally just tended to the debris pile myself, which took less than 30 minutes to remove. They did, however, show up bright and early Monday morning to extract the relocated debris pile and finished an add-on item for the wife (which they did free of charge!).

Urban Nielson arrived 26 minutes late for appt. and never called. When he arrived he said he had bad address(he never called us?). Bid of $19,854 was $7,000 more than that of 5 other companies. Electronic bid was very vague and consisted of 1/2 page. Other bids were 1.5 pages and detailed materials, labor, and guarantee period of work. I won't call this company again.

The Florida room (3 season room) made by Patio Enclosures is wonderful. I know we will spend a lot of time in it. No buyers remorse here. The job was booked on 9/14/13 and completed on 11/8/13. It took a little longer as I had decided to hire my own electrician (off angie's list), someone to install the tile (lLarry from Lowe's because angie's list guy was booked) and the delivery of the Jacuzzi (not a good experience wish I had used Angie's list). Lloyd was an excellent site manager and I felt very comfortable with the direction he gave the other team members and his ability to problem solve. He went above and beyond on more than once occasion. He was very helpful in explaining what was being done and why. This was the first large project we had done on our home so we appreciated any perspective he had to offer. Our room has windows and screens from top to bottom along with a glass door. They make it all in there own factory in Cleveland and truck it down here so it is good to know it is made locally. They gave us a CAD drawing and the work was exactly as pictured (only better!!). Since Patio Enclosures has it's own factory, they were able to make any size glass including the right triangle shaped glass at the top of the gabled roof. I am so glad we purchased the gable style roof (complete with roof tiles).

It was good. We chose them because they explained everything so well when they came out to give the estimate. There was a really heavy rain not too long after they finished their work, and I noticed some leaks. They came right out and took care of it and put some extra caulking down free of charge.

It turned out wonderful. The owner did a great job at measuring everything even with an area that was not square. The installation was perfect. I highly recommend them. I met this gentleman at the Home & Garden show in Cincinnati. All of the doors and windows have a dead bolt lock system which provides extra security. The service was first class the whole way. They did not pressure anything at all.
