Description of Work: My desktop computer is about 14 months old. It never worked the way it should. I saw On-Call Computer in Angies List and gave them a call. Josh came to my house and picked up the computer. He brought it back a few days later and set it up. We went over it's operation and I can't tell you how happy I was. It works great. I will go back to Josh whenever I have a computer problem in the future. He was great.

Description of Work: I had several problems with my computer. One of these, I was led to believe he might not be able to fix. I scheduled the repair and maintenance while I was to be in the hospital. He fixed EVERYTHING and I was totally happy--especially the price. When I went to pick it up, I had one more issue to discuss, he took the time to help me with that and did not charge me. Great value for the price. Done quickly.

Description of Work: Cleared hard drive and reloaded the operating sys. On 2nd laptop he confirmed the screen had died. Did not repair as cost of screen was too expensive.... just charged for time spent confirming reason for non-operation

Description of Work: Josh Abernathy (owner) picked up my laptop computer within an hour of my call. The following day, he called and explained in detail what the problem was. Basically, he cleaned it out , reprogrammed it, and tuned it up. When he brought it back, we went over a lot of things and he showed me how to do several things on it quicker and also answered a lot of questions about things that were confusing me. My laptop performs like new now. The $95.00 dollars to repair it certainly beats the daylights out of $500.00 for a new laptop! His turn-around time was one and a half days. Also, did you know he teaches and gives lessons very reasonably? I will certainly call him again for any computer issues I have in the future. Respectfully, Kathy Lynch
