Josh has provided computer assistance to us for quite a while. He's extremely knowledgeable and has never failed to provide the service we needed. He is always on time, cordial and willing to answer any questions we have. We recently bought a new desktop. Josh set it up for us and walked us through how to use it. We know we have a reliable computer guy to help us out whenever we need it.

Josh Abernathy was very professional, patient and helpful. He managed to install and get working an Epson computer printer that others could not figure out. He gave us valuable advice on purchasing equipment in the future. He is a nice person and clearly cares about helping his customers.

I will certainly use On-Call Computers LTD for my computer repair needs in the future.

On-Call Computers picked up my computer at my home and looked into my issues with my computer and called with answers about the many issues we had with the refurbished computer. We had so many pop ups that we couldn't get on line. We had alerts about our Windows not being authentic. The other company always told me to drop the computer and they would look into it and it would take about 3 days and this was after we bought the new computer. After 1 day I received a call from On Line Computers with all my answers and pricing, they meet me at my home with the computer and I charged me $120.00. Thanks to Josh for all the help
