Description of Work: Not much- walked around and sprayed some stuff. We're not sure his services were, but he seemed nice enough.

Description of Work: I called company to confirm 5 year warranty on all work performed as it was advertised. Provider was nice but said this was an error, not sure if it was error on their part or Angie's list. 5 year warranty on all work performed was main reason to purchased this deal. Provider apologized several times. Provider did offer to come do free inspection.

Description of Work: After missing the first appointment without calling, they were late for the 2nd appointment and I called and cancelled with them. The manager later called and apologized and offered a discount, but by that time, I had contacted another service, Wildlife Removal Service.

Description of Work: The technician was nice enoiugh, and I got a good deal, but less than a month later I am still seeing millipedes and spiders in my home. I guess you just can't totally get rid of these pests, and that is why I thought the 3 visit package was good deal. The only reason that I gave the services a B is because the tech did not tell me anything about the services or what he was doing or why I should continue getting treatments or look for any other pests, etc. I think a B is fair.
