+ -1 moreTom the owner of the company came twice and sprayed insecticide( Tempo Dust). He is very personable and patient. Unfortunately the problem was not solved. I believe the pest eradication people are tied up in too many environmental restrictions. We all respect nature but how about human habitat being invaded by pests. There is a need for better solution.
Description of Work: The provider treated to remove Honey bees under the roof gutter.

He contacted the realtor to get the access code to the lockbox. The day off of the inspection, they emailed me the needed information and included a note, requesting confirmation that I received the email and did not have any problems with opening the attachment.

+ -1 moreI don't think they did that good a job. I had a hard time getting hold of them too. It wasn't worth $78. We had a bunch of spiders and then they just came back in a couple of days. So I don't think it really was a very good deal. The guy was here like ten minutes and I didn't really see any results.

He also answered all my questions. He put down the traps and the quality was good. He also sprayed too.

Description of Work: We had difficulty contacting the supplier (availability). When we finally did make contact we were told he wasn't in the office, and would we send him an email with our phone number, and he would call us to schedule a time to perform the service. Two days passed without a call. We had a bumblebee problem, and they were getting in the house, and our grandson is allergic to bee stings, and stays with us on weekdays. We called another service, they showed up on time, and did a great job. AND, they were less expensive than your deal! We cancelled with you and received a refund.

+ -1 moreThe worker went very quickly through the house, said we didn't need to move anything away from the baseboards, and he didn't move anything out of the way. Said he would spray around the outside of the house. I went out to talk with him about 5 minutes later and he was gone...no way he could have made it all the way around the house that fast. The ants were back around the baseboard in some rooms within a week.
