Response from National Termite & Pest Control
We never performed any service at this residence. I showed up there the initial time and waited for twenty minutes. I am a very busy person. I waited long enough and decided to leave because I had other appointments I needed to be on. You then called me saying you would be there shortly. Our appointment was set a certain time and you were not there. We tried to schedule again and you did not show up again.

Description of Work: they recommended another company that does whole house fumigating because of the clutter. The other company took care of everything, no more bugs! I am thankful the original company recommend them and didn't put me through repeated sprayings.

Description of Work: They helped with my mouse problem but not so much with the spider issue. But I did not want them to spray poison in the house. They put poison bait outside which concerned me when I realized other animals could get into it. I also believe they were supposed to come back 6 months later but I never heard from them.

Was an AL special coupon for 3 treatments. My initial phone call was immediately answered (on a Sat.), with a follow-up call from the office on Monday as promised. Tech arrived on time. Promised to come back on just a phone call's notice if/when we see a return of the pests. Overall a very good experience with National Pest.

They tried to change the quote they gave me at the time of invoice. I refused to pay until they agreed to an invoice that matched the quote they gave me. We went back and forth for a while about this issue, and they finally matched the quote. I found this to be a little strange. I will be reviewing my future business with them because of these issues.

I think they did a thorough job. I would tell my family and friends about Professional Pest Control. As far as I know they were very professional in the work that they did. I really didn’t see the men working because they wanted me to stay in the house when they were doing their stuff. The owner was nice and professional when he first came out to look at it. They came right out. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Professional Pest Control for pest control. I had a little bit of rotting wood in the basement and I wanted them to check for termites. They drilled little holes all around the perimeter of the house and even on the patio. Then they stuck some termite stuff in there. Then they covered the little holes the size of a silver dollar on the patio and on the front porch with cement. They did this around the yard and around the outside of the house. In the basement they had to put in couple of new boards for the front porch in the basement. They also had to replace some wood that had been eaten away a little bit.

Tom the owner was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get the job done. He came over several times to check on the traps and bait and even left extras. I called him several times with questions and concerns and he assured me the problem would be resolved if we continued to follow the procedures. And it worked!!
Description of Work: We called National Pest Control for a possible mouse problem. We had noticed several droppings and other signs of possible infestation in our kitchen. The owner (Tom) came over and identified the problem as a mouse infestation. He set several different types of bait traps and left some supplies. He told me to check the traps daily and call him. We caught 2 mice in the glue type traps the first night and the bait traps continued to be emptied. Tom was very professional telling me that there was a severe problem and not to "scare" my wife, just continue to bait the traps each night which was a matter of pouring a packet into a container. After about 4-5 days there was a decline in the bait consumption and finally the problem was gone.
