They did a great job. The provider was very prompt (came the next day). Customer service was excellent and they followed up the next day to verify that I was happy with the service.

He performed services as offered in the Big Deal and answered questions and gave advice I found useful. I felt it was a good value and would use his services again and recommend him to others. Very satisfied.

He was okay, but not great. I thought he was supposed to look for termites, but he really just looked in like two spots, which to me just didn't seem enough. He also forgot to spray for ants. He sprayed a little bit in a few areas after we reminded him and I still have ants in the kitchen. I just wasn’t really happy with his work. However, he was really prompt and quick to respond.

They were wonderful to work with. They were very kind, honest and reliable. Most importantly they were flexible with scheduling. I was also impressed that they offered a guarantee on their work!

He was quick to schedule, showed up on time, and the ants have not reappeared yet. He agreed nest could be under concrete patio and advised treating for that would be expensive. We are waiting until we did up patio in the future.

It went well, he was on time and did the service he was supposed to do.

My experience with them was okay. The big deal said that they would come out three times and spray for pest control Spring, Summer and Fall and he did come out promptly. He sprayed the insecticide in the house and out if the house. He was in and out pretty quickly. It was nice that I could schedule him quickly and he was here on time. The main thing that I am disappointed in is that he never came back to do the other spray and I think I probably need to contact him because he only did the Spring spray. So I am a little disappointed in that because I have to fetch his number somewhere and try calling because we are having some bug issues again. I am sure that he will come right back out. But I wish he would have just contacted me or come without me calling him again. I did get an email request from you all to do like an evaluation but I wasn't really sure how to evaluate him because when he came it was fine, I was just really disappointed that he didn't come again for the summer treatment.

The service provided by National Termite & Pest Control was middle of the road. Their service was okay. Their scheduling is not very good. They did get rid of the bugs, so that's a big thing. They didn't show up on time the first time they came out here and then I had to reschedule. They did show up the second time. When I called for the summer schedule, I made a call and didn't hear from him for about a week or so. Then, finally they called me and I made the schedule. They were supposed to be here between 11:00 and 2:00. The guy showed up at 2:30, when I was ready to walk out the door to go to work. The service was fine. Their punctuality was not the greatest. The price seemed reasonable to me. He was courteous. He took his shoes off so he wouldn't track mud through my house and everything.

I spoke with Bob and he said he was completely booked up and to call at the end of June. I told him the coupon expires then, but he said that wouldn't be a problem. I went on vacation and called again 10 days ago and spoke with Matt. He also said the expiration date is no issue and asked me to call him back because he was at at job. I called again and got no answer so I left a message. I still didn't get a return call.

He did not show up on the day he was supposed to. When I called they said they forgot to call, but they didn't come because of the rain. When they did come the next week, he never even did anything outside, so I don't see how the rain mattered. He sprayed something around the house for the spiders (but I could have done that myself) and he took three pieces of some kind of poison and threw them in the attic. He said he would put some traps out, but he had the wrong truck. He did have one bait box that he put down on my back patio. THAT WAS IT! I could have done it all my self for about $15, not the $139 I paid them.

The service call went well. The technician was punctual and pleasant, walking through the house and explaining what type of damage he saw as he sprayed. My only complaint is there was no follow-up regarding ongoing treatment service. I even emailed the company asking about prices for monthly or quarterly service and received no reply.

It went ok. Technician arrived, applied some kind of chemical, told me to call to schedule two more treatments before 6/19/2014.

It went pretty well. We've had tons of rain and it was hard to get him here when it wasn't raining and he had to wait until it dried up before he could come back. But he came and everything is fine. There were no more charges beyond the big deal amount. It was the first time we used them. I would not recommend him because I just had some spiders in the house that I'm not happy about.

2 guys showed up; one was more professional that the other. i explained that my tenant was freaked out by the idea of mice, much less the vision of them.... and hated any other creepy-crawlies that might be around. they showed me some egress points, plugged them up, put out traps, took over an hour to do it [ it's a large house] and were gone. no problems since then.

I had heard scratching sounds in the attic and needed to have it checked. He was to examine the attic, set traps and come back in 2 weeks to check the traps. I had to work and had a friend wait for him. He told her he didn't need to check the attic even though it was clearly stated in the "deal" that he would. I contacted AngiesList and he came back out. He was a bit belligerent and finally checked the attic. He said he would come back in 2 weeks to check the traps but I told him that he didn't need to. I did not wish to have him in my home again. T am not sure about the date and price paid.

Offer specificlly indicated there would be an inspection in attics, crawl spaces for signs and worker had to be prodded to look beyond clearly viewed areas. Put head into attic briefly and broke attic light. Real disappointment.

I purchased the service on March 12th and they were calling to set up an appointment within 5 days. I'm very happy so far!

Overall the eradication process was done with the minimum of disruption to the household. Treatments and advise from Matt our exterminator was excellent.

Came on time and finished 3 stories and exterior in less than 45 minutes.

A very positive experience. The technician, Matt, was very thorough. It was raining the day he came, so he wasn't able to exhaustively inspect the outside of the house but he came back another day. On the first day, he called me after he left to make sure I had closed my garage door. I really appreciate that level of thoughtfulness and customer service.

Tech on time. Treated entire house inside and out.

15 minutes puttingtraps out and spraying baseboards- I could have done that

I feel this was a rip-off at $139. Cannot imagine anyone paying $299 for this service.

Only checked tje basement, did not go to the 2nd floor, where I have seen and heard mice. Checked outside but I feel he did not really check it, for openings, for the mice to get in. Sprayed for spiders, asked to fill his container, in my kitchen sink. Than said there were no chemicals, in it. So am I assume it was only water her sprayed on my woodwork. Never said he would be back at anytime. I have had mice problems for years, so I can't believe I do not still have them.
