Description of Work: I started with Molly Maid 4 years ago. They came when they said they would, were thorough, attentive to special requests, and saw the same faces so felt comfortable about them in my house. The last year has seen a steady decline in their showing up on time. The teams are for the most part different every week. They rush through and are clumsy with their cleaning tools and my nice furniture has chips in the legs, lamps pushed into the walls. I've mentioned this to them several times. Problems continue.

When they were great they were wonderful but their service was very inconsistent and I felt like I had to be there to make sure that the level of quality I needed was done. The company itself tried to solve the issue. We just could not agree.

+ -1 moreI have been using Molly Maid for over a year. I have been very happy with the friendliness, timeliness and professionalism of the individuals sent to my home. I think they do a very basic clean which means they do not get down and really scrub the floor, baseboards or the shower, but the house definitely looks and smells clean after they leave. I think their price is a tad high compared to individuals who clean but they are right in line with other large maid services.
Description of Work: Biweekly housecleaning including three and one-half baths, four bedrooms, kitchen, family room, dining room, living room and bonus room. Services are general clean, dust, and vacuum.
