MOLLY MAID of West Chester

Molly Maid cleaning staff arrived at the scheduled time. They worked steadily and efficiently, cleaning bathrooms, shelving, moldings, window sills, floors, and counter tops. They vacuumed all carpeting and even mopped the basement floor. They finished the two floors and basement in 3-1/2 hours. We were well satisfied with their work.

They have a tendency to break things. They were careless, a lot of dust left on cocktail table. Cleaning was not to my standards.

They were terrible. They sent 5 people in to work. I was not just pleased with their thoroughness. I had dropped a tiny bit of eyeliner on the white ceramic tile and the girl didn't even see it to clean it up. I was very disappointed with that. They didn't clean up where I had two German Shepherds. There was a big area of dirt left on the door frame. I told the girl that I was very unhappy. I have a cat tree that they wanted $25 to clean. I told them no.

I liked that they were local, seemed professional, and had a good system going on. I didn't like that they didn't use green products and that is why I went with another company. The interaction with them was good. They were really nice and showed up on time.

I have used the company for almost 1 year. Two cleaners come out typically and complete the service in about 2 half hours. We have them clean different areas of the house when they come out. The staff is very nice and through. They are very accommodating and I have had no problem scheduling their service.

They are great. It is always mostly the same cleaners and I like that. I like the job they do. If I ask them to do something different, they do a good job at that. They bring their own cleaning supplies and they are great. Once I went out of town for awhile and I asked them to do some really detailed cleaning in the kitchen and they took care of that really well.

They do a good job at cleaning. They bring their own cleaning supplies. They are professional and courteous. Recently we had all 3 floors of our home cleaned, since we had our grand daughters. We asked if they could just clean the main floor for us now, which is a little over 2,000 square foot, and they were able to do that for us so far just once.

We absolutely love them. We actually don't use them anymore but that's just because I'm a stay at home mom now. But, if I was still working, we would still be using them.

It was very good. It’s a monthly thing. They’re very thorough and very friendly. They just did a very good job.

I requested that I be notified before their arrival. I never received a call and they came and were gone before I knew it. When I came back to survey their work I found dirt under the sinks, old razor blades in the bathroom drawers, and cupboards that were not cleaned out, all of which was supposed to be done since the condo was empty and these thing were what we had contracted to do. They gave me a 10% refund instead of coming back and doing the job right.

Were running late but got straight to work and I was pleased with all cleaning done except would have appreciated a little more attention on the tiled shower. 160 is a little pricey for 2 hours, but I believe it would get cheaper on a maintenance schedule. Worth using if I needed another clean

It was okay and they did a pretty good job. It wasn’t the best housecleaning job I’ve had but, I was satisfied with the work.

I have been with them two and a half years. Everything has been fine. I have had a problem with their timing. I told them that I wanted their service in the mornings. I never know when they are going to come until they call at 8:15am that morning.

It worked out very well and it looked very great! I thought the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with them.

During two years of service, I have repeatedly communicated issues with the thoroughness of cleaning provided. The most frequent complaint, which still has not been consistently addressed, is that bathrooms are not well swept or mopped. While management has sent teams out to addressed the overlooked areas, at this point I'm tired of reporting the issue. I'm terminating services with Molly Maid and am seeking a new house cleaning service provider.

I have been very pleased with the performance of the girls that come to clean each month. One of the girls is always the same. My first cleaning was long and pricey. However, they did clean everything very thoroughly. Now they come once per month and clean as needed. With children and a dog and two messy adults, it is well worth the monthly expense.

When I first started the service, I was mostly pleased with the cleaning services. I came home to shiny floors and freahly vacuumed rooms. Though not as shiny and pristine as they promised, it was still pretty good and I looked forward to coming home to a clean house. For the last few months, the cleaning has been getting worse and worse. My price was based on 2 girls for 2 to 2.5 hours. The last couple cleans were 1 girl for 1 hour. The results were terrible. The floors had gray streaks where she attempted to mop.She entirely missed one whole bathroom (the one most used). Nothing shined, I was definitely disappointed coming home to see that poor quality of cleaning. I have canceled their service and am in pursuit of a new house cleaning service.

They are phenomenal. They cleaned my house from top to bottom for five hours. Their prices are reasonable. It is always two people that come. They beat my expectations.

We use them every other week. Everything they do is great. They are coming to my house today.

I voted them over other agencies because they are set up to handle credit cards. They are insured. They are bonded. They operate a larger organization that works best for my schedule and needs. We had a slightly rough start with them the first couple of times that they serviced our home, but they actually appeared to have corrected those issues. I was not at home while they came out.

Last clean was unacceptable. The ratings above reflect the last clean. But they hit the surfaces only at best anytime they have been here. I will no longer be doing business with Molly Maid.

They were excellent and well-cleaned. They did a great job. They found my car keys. They paid attention to the details. This was the second time that I had used their services with the first time being in November. They did a fantastic job. I have had a greater price and they seemed to have charged more. Their price seemed comparable. I am not sure about their punctuality as I was not here when they came home. I did not go back to the other service provider.
