I was very pleased with the service from Mason TV and Appliance Service. I got a call in a timely manner after the initial contact. It took a day to get the replacement part but I was contacted about that and additional contacts were made as necessary about the arrival time for service. We were educated on the type of part that we needed and the manor of installation for future reference. The previous repair was not done correctly. Three days from the initial call to completion of repair was more than satisfactory to me.

Mark put a new belt on it. Worked Great for 5 days. Then it wouldn't spin. I called Mason TV and Appliances again. Mark came out again. Has ordered another part and will be back out to fix it tomorrow 4/8. He goes above and beyond.

It went very well. Mark arrived and introduced himself, and gave a business card all while practicing social distancing. He was shown the washer needing the work and he began work. It was discovered that it may have something caught inside the pump so he went to retrieve a wet vac and sucked all excess water and found 2 small socks. They were removed and he reassembled the washer. Excellent work and very professional. Thanks for the referral.

Mark was a true professional. Mark came out on Sunday afternoon. He called to give me on time estimate, and showed up on time. He did an amazing job to get our refrigerator up and running. He saved us money on parts by re-soldering a broken connector onto the evaporator fan, and the fridge was up and running the same day. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the company owner, Mark Mason, who came out twice: once, to diagnose the problem and then, the following day, with the part needed to repair my 10-year old dishwasher. Mark explained that I might not need to replace the part if it was just clogged and gave me both best- and worst-case scenario prices. He gave us honest advice and helped us decide whether it was better to invest money in such an old appliance or buy a new unit. I would not hesitate to call him again the next time I need an appliance repaired.

I am absolutely ecstatic and relieved that Mark was able to fix my LG OLED TV. I honestly have to say I had my doubts in the beginning just because of how new OLED screens have become. When I contacted Mark and gave him the run down of the situation (lightning strike, tv model, screen not turning on etc.) he was more than confident that he could fix it. Now keep in mind these are expensive TVs and my warranty just ran out. So paying a fraction of what I originally bought it for to keep it up and running was ideal for me. With communication on point, Mark came out maybe 1 or two days after I called to assess the situation, and right away, not even 30 minutes in he knew what was up and was already ordering the part for replacement. As soon as the part came in, he’s right there to let you know to set up the repair date. All in all professionalism is over the top. The owner is a honest man who really takes pride in his work. Will NOT quit until you are completely satisfied. Hopefully I won’t need to call him again anytime soon for anything else. But I know when something does go down, he’ll be there.

About perfect. I posted a request on Angieslist on Christmas afternoon. To my surprise I got an answer within an hour and then a follow-up phone call. Mark gave me an estimate on the phone and promised to search for the part next morning and call me by 9am. He called me on the dot. told me the part was not available at the local distributor but he had located it Louisville and that it would cost me a few bucks more for shipping. The part arrived in no time and on Monday morning he was in at the promised time. The installation went smoothly, and he cleaned up thoroughly all the small glass fragments. I was impressed by what came next. I was worried that the thermostat was off, causing overheating and the door's failure. He checked it, it was OK, and very openly and honestly said he had no conjecture on what could have been the cause of the door's failure.

Great, had to get the part and return to install a few days later due to the appliance was a newer model.

My experience with Mason TV Repair was great. He came twice to my house, once to determine the problem and then a few days later with parts. He was quite professional, explained what he was doing and showed me the lights that were burnt out on my tv. The repair was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely use them again.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS!!! After a storm left 4 of our appliances broken, our insurance required a licensed technician to evaluate the items and report. Mason TV were the first ones to give me hope! They answered first call, worked around my schedule, was punctual, professional, polite, and very knowledgeable!!! They are amazing. He was great and will definitely be giving his information to anyone I know!!!

Holy Cow... talk about exceptional service that exceeded my expectation. TV died on a Saturday morning. 3D TV that is 4 years old (LG) and didn't really want to "throw it away" and get another one. But who to call? How long is this going to take (expecting no less than a week). Saw all the good reviews for this company so I called Mason TV service. To my surprise he could come the same day. He set a time and you usually expect that they will be late. Mark Mason was about 90 minutes early calling ahead of time. He quickly diagnosed the TV and felt the Power Circuit board could be repaired instead of the more expensive option to replace the board. He had to take the board and replace some components coming back in about 2 hours and installed the repaired board. He actually upgraded the components that he replaced vs OEM components. TV back in business in time for football! Let's review... TV fails around 10AM in the morning, I'm back watching football by 3:30 PM the same day. You don't get that experience very often. This is "throw back" service that use to be the "norm" but not anymore. Kind of restores your belief that there are still a "few good men". Highly recommend!!
